Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.

Wedding trip

Stayed at the two side-by-side homes with family for a week for our son’s wedding. The homes were very clean and comfortable, and Nicole and her team were ultra responsive. The garages were snug but we were able to fit our standard SUVs without issues. The Galleria location was ultra convenient, and the homes were safely behind security gates. There were a couple of nights where the nightclubs were a little louder, but this was expected of the location and a small price to pay for being in such a great spot. There are a ton of things to do in that area. Thank you Nicole for such a wonderful experience, we will stay there again in the future!

A great place to gather!

From communication to convenience this was an amazing stay! We stayed here with 12 people and it worked perfect! The photos are exactly as you can expect the two properties. The location is a short walk from so many places or a quick Uber/lyft to your chosen destination. Heads up: there are quite a bit of stairs that aren’t shown, but there is a bedroom on the bottom floor. All other common spaces are located upstairs. We had a handicapped individual who struggled to get up the stairs. I’m looking forward to booking again for an upcoming event! Thanks for being great hosts!
