Umgebung super, Wohnung ist Investitionsfähig

Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber, Möbel wie zum Beispiel Küchentisch sehr wackelig... für 6 Personen nicht ausgestattet. Es gibt nur 4 Stühle. Im Wohnzimmer Jalousie defekt. Hängt einfach zur Hälfte runter. Man kann den Balkon nur über gebückte Haltung betreten. Den Müllplatz muß man suchen. Fehlende Zimmer Türen... Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, nur ein Kapsel Automat. Die Umgebung ist total toll, wunderschön. Alles über kurze Wege zu erreichen.
