A private two floor home within HOA controlled private park behind home.

4 bedrooms with private closets, open kitchen/dining/living area.

Washer+dryer+detergent included. Extra bedding+pillows+towels.

A fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, pots, pans, silverware, cups, dishes and baking utensils.

Smart TVs

Home has a 2 car garage with extra parking in 2 car driveway.

We are available when needed but, like to give our guests privacy.

We do accommodate a number of groups that are here for work and require parking for larger vehicles. There is a side street at end of block with open parking that accommodate larger/longer vehicles.

Loved this cute cozy house! My family all stayed here for Thanksgiving! Beautiful house and excellent management! The only thing I’d say is the location wasn’t the best.

Home was fine. Location not for us.

It does sleep 12 comfortably, but there isn’t seating at the dinner table or living room for 12 people, not even for our family of nine. We brought a card table so that helped us to be able to eat Thanksgiving dinner together.

Comfortable 4 with private gated park with play structure

Our family gathered for my son’s graduation in Norman and needed a house large enough for 9. The location was farther from OU than we wanted, but excellent for those wanting to enjoy BrickTown and sporting events downtown. Our 3 year old grandson joined and we had such fun at the lovely tree filled common area with play structure. It even has a small basketball court. This location worked great for our extended family to just relax, cook, and enjoy one another. Jeremy is very attentive and even granted a later check out to meet our needs.
