It's nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac across the street from the lake and backs up to the Royal Gorge cross-country ski resort. Enjoy the fun winter activities or indulge in the peaceful serenity of the lakes in summer. Truckee and Tahoe are just a short drive away.

Why they chose this property
We bought the land back in 2003, a couple of years after getting married. It was designed by Randy's father and built by Mt. Lincoln Construction. We completed the building in 2006 and added the side yard and porch in 2020. We love the serenity of the area, the proximity to Sugar Bowl and the ski resorts, the clean mountain air and how active the community is.
