Apartment 2 - Edersee time out

The three-room apartment is located on the ground floor of our charming main house. Look forward to a break in this 48 square meter apartment. The very tasteful decor invites you to end the evening in the cozy living / dining room or on the terrace overlooking the lake, after many new impressions have been gained during the day in the Kellerwald National Park. From the microwave / oven combination on ceramic hob and dishwasher to the coffee machine in the very well equipped kitchen everything available. There are two separate bedrooms for a total of four persons. The large bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed, the second bedroom you can use flexible, because there you will find two individually foldable, comfortable single beds, which are like a bunk bed on top of each other. So you have room for two children or an additional game option. If you do not need one or both beds, just fold them up. Enjoy your breakfast coffee and the fantastic view on your own terrace. The modern bathroom with toilet, sink, large shower with rain shower and window can inspire everyone. The apartment is accessible by lift.

In a listed building with a neighboring house, we offer a total of 12 individual and very tastefully furnished apartments. The house was completely refurbished and opened in the fall of 2018. The diversity of the different floor plans offers the perfect holiday home for everyone and a holiday pleasure that promises perfect relaxation with all the comforts. In the main building there is an elevator, only the loft apartment in the attic can only be reached via a staircase from the 2nd floor. Upstairs be achieved. On the ground floor is a small lounge for a maximum of 10 people, which can be used by all guests. On the premises there is a room for bicycles with charging facilities for the e-bike. A barbecue area and a play area for children are available. All apartments are Non smoking apartments. On request we provide a cot and high chair. In front of the building you will find free parking. Duvet covers, towels and a hygiene-Erstausstattung are included in the price. Dogs are welcome in some apartments. Per apartment, a dog with a maximum shoulder height of 39 cm can be brought on request. For this an additional cleaning fee of 20 € will be charged.
