The house has been completely refurbished in 2018 (new kitchen, new bathroom, completely refurbished). It is modern furnished and equipped with great attention to detail with everything it needs for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The house with 250 m² private garden and sun terrace is located in a quiet car-free bungalow park directly behind the dike to the IJsselmeer, so that the sea and the beach can be reached in a few minutes without crossing a road.
The living / dining room is furnished with a dining table and five chairs as well as a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. There is also a sideboard with flat screen TV. From the living room you go into the two bedrooms. The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (1.80 x 2.00), each with a wardrobe and bedside tables. One of the bedrooms has a loft bed (0.90 x 2.00), in which a third person can sleep.
Kitchen and bathroom are also in 2018 completely renovated and modern and extensively equipped.

Ein tolles Objekt 😁
Wir haben hier fast zwei Wochen unseren Urlaub verbracht. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, die Innenstadt auch nicht und es liegt sehr zentral am IJsselmeer.
Die Ausstattung war top, es gab nicht viel zu beanstanden.

Kurzurlaub trotz Corona

mooi schoon en overkompleet huisje. we waren een van de weinige nederlandse gasten daar. dus veel was duits georienteerd maar geen probleem

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung.
Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Schöne Terrasse,
direkt am Deich. Ausstattung und Lage top, ruhig gelegen und doch zentral.

Toller Bungalow
Es war wirklich ein frisch renovierter Bungalow mit einem tollen, gepflegten Garten. Sonnenschirm, Grill, Rasensprenger - alles da.
Sogar Küchenrollen, Spüli, Spülmaschinentabs, Spüllappen, Toilettenpapier, Filtertüten und Kaffee waren vorhanden, was ja normalerweise, wenn man einen Bungalow mit Selbstverpflegung mietet, nicht unbedingt üblich ist.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Richtig toller Bungalow!
Wir haben ganz tolle Ostertage in dem schicken Bungalow verbracht. Die neue, moderne Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Angefangen von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, über einen kleinen Schuppen mit gutem Grill bis hin zu bequemen Betten. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen vor Ort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Bungalowanlage liegt ganz ruhig (Autofrei) hinter dem Deich einer Bucht, zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Badestrand und auch die City von Lemmer. Ebenfalls ganz nah sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Der Kontakt auf Fragen im Vorfeld war stets freundlich und schnell, die Übergabe und Abwicklung vor Ort sehr herzlich. Zudem war alles wirklich sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Wir haben uns echt wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
