The hosts were great and the booking was easy. Check in was good, the sales pitch was to pushy trying to take over the vacation plans. The apartment is in need of updating, very old looking, fridge freezer didn’t work they came into our apartment without our knowledge and fixed the ice on the last day. Williamsburg is always a great place to vacation.

We have stayed here so many times and it never disappoints! Always well worth it! Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Contains laundry, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Very clean and great amenities for all ages.

The communication from Tina and Hannah was top notch! The resort is lovely and in a great location. The check in associate was professional and helpful, however we had an unfortunate interaction with concierge. I shared this with Tina and Hannah and they were kind and responsive! We could not have asked for better hosts. This is a wonderful place to vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Kingsgate. The room was large and the master bedroom was large as well. It was great having two full bathrooms. We had an issue with the fridge but maintenance was prompt and addressed it so quickly. I wish the pool was larger and there was more monitoring and control of unsupervised kids/teens at the pool. My kids enjoyed their time at the pool. The property is very close to colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and many other shopping areas.

We were so pleased with our room and our host. The stay was better than we’d expected and we were very comfortable. I’d highly recommend staying with this host.The check-in process was a bit of a hassle with the timeshare push, it took my preschooler having a bathroom emergency to get out of there.Otherwise, we loved the resort, and would definitely come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! There were so many activities for the children to enjoy, and our host and the staff at the resort were all kind and helpful. We have a child with varied abilities and were especially appreciative of the locks and safety features on all of the doors. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool water was warm! We are very likely to book again.

The resort property is very convenient to local history attractions. The resort has a good assortment of amenities. My son and I enjoyed the arcade and mini golf. The pool looks great but the weather was cool while we were traveling. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The beds were comfortable and the showers were adequate. The TVs and channels provided were very good. The grounds were well maintained.
