Hello dear ones holidaymakers,

Let your mind wander in our sunny apartment in Bad Grönenbach, district Zell.
We welcome you with a wonderful view over the whole place. Great sunsets on the private terrace with a large garden await you.
A wonderful outdoor swimming pool is only 2 km away. There is a bakery and a restaurant in the village and other shops, doctors, pharmacy 2 km away. Otherwise, he is wonderfully quiet here ....

The apartment has 58 square meters of living space. A fully equipped kitchen, shower room with hair dryer and towels is available. In the living room you will find a dining area at the large sunny window, TV, sofa (sofa bed). From the separate bedroom leads to the sunny terrace with large garden. There you can finish the day perfectly with a nice, cold beer .....

The residential area is traffic calmed .... Ideal for children

Wir fĂŒhlten uns bei Frau Hartmann sehr gut aufgehoben und herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt und versorgt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Ich sollte das ski-erlebnis beurteilen, aber wir sind gar keine Skifahrerinnen. Von daher haben wir keine Ahnung gehabt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen und wĂŒrde hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Man braucht hier ein Auto um sich mit Lebensmitteln zu versorgen. Es gibt einen BĂ€cker im Dorf, der recht leckere Backwaren hat. Ansonsten mĂŒsste man ins wunderschöne Memmingen oder nach Bad Grönenbach fahren.

Uitstekende locatie voor wandelen, fietsen en uitstapjes.

Uitstekend. We zijn er 2 weken geweest. Het is een ruim appartement, rustig gelegen aan de rand van het dorp van waaruit je over het dorp heen kijkt. Een ruim zitje met een groot gazon en een grote lindeboom waaronder je heerlijk kunt zitten als het warm is. De bakker op 50 meter loopafstand en een centrum op ongeveer 4 km met winkels en restaurantjes. We zijn gastvrij ontvangen door het echtpaar die in hetzelfde gebouw wonen. Als we iets wilden weten of nodig hadden hoefden we maar te vragen. Ideale plek om te fietsen en te wandelen, vele routes voor beiden. Met de auto ligt het centraal om naar Zugspitze, Lindau aan de Bodensee of Augsburg te gaan. Teveel om op te noemen.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Uns begrĂŒĂŸte eine sehr sympatische und freundliche Vermieterin. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts, fĂŒr eine Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden. Tolle BĂ€ckerei (tatsĂ€chlich nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß) mit hervorragenden Backwaren in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer. In dem kleinen Ort ist es sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wir wurden herzlich von Frau Hartmann begrĂŒĂŸt. Da wir uns bereits in der Region auskannten, benötigten wir keine Tipps etc. von Frau Hartmann - außer dass die (sehr gute BĂ€ckerei) 2 Min . zu Fuß entfernt lag. Die Wohnung war schön hell, sehr sauber, absolut perfekt fĂŒr 2 Personen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Region mit Rad /zu Fuß zu erkunden Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.

Sehr schöne Gegend, gelegen zwischen Memmingen und Bad Grönenbach. Mit dem Fahrrad gib es viel zu entdecken, Vielleicht kommen wir noch einmal wieder, je nachdem wie es gesundheitlich möglich ist.

Super schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren fĂŒr 8 NĂ€chte mit der ganzen Familie vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung war groß genug und man fĂŒhlte sich wohl. Alles war super ausgestattet ĂŒber BĂŒcher, Spiele und FreizeitaktivitĂ€ten. Die Terrasse lud Abends (tagsĂŒber war es mit 33° einfach viel zu warm) zum verweilen ein. Die Aussicht auf das Dorf und die Kirche, einfach schön. Selbst unserem Kleinen Wirbelwind mit 5 Jahren war es nicht zu langweilig. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant sowie BĂ€cker die aber leider zu unserer Zeit im Urlaub waren. Dennoch haben wir uns unsere Tage schön gestaltet Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Eine klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und gut eingerichtet. Auch Spiele und BĂŒcher fĂŒr regnerisches Wetter sind vorhanden. Sowie viele Informationen zur Freizeitgestaltung im nĂ€heren und weiteren Umkreis. Sehr schön ist auch die sonnige Terrasse mit Blick ins GrĂŒne und auf den Kirchturm (dessen nĂ€chtliches LĂ€uten wir nur selten gehört haben). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und fĂŒrsorglich. Eine gute BĂ€ckerei liegt 200 Meter entfernt, direkt daneben ist auch eine empfehlenswerte SpeisegaststĂ€tte. Unser Tipp: die Rouladen! (dann könnte es aber eng werden beim Betreten der Dusche). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Toll gelegene Wohnung im AllgÀu

Wir waren fĂŒr 4 NĂ€chte in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in einem Ortsteil von Bad Grönenbach. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang mit tollem Blick ĂŒber den Ort und ist mit dem Auto bestens zu erreichen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden - voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und TV sowie Dusch-Bad. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man direkt auf die eigene Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Wir sind von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns die ganze Zeit ĂŒber super wohlgefĂŒhlt und von hier aus unsere Erkundungen gestartet (FĂŒssen & Königsschlösser ca 50 Minuten, Skywalk in Scheidegg ca 1 h, Kempten 25 Minuten).
