Baltic Sea vacation apartment "HafenLounge" directly on the water with wellness bath & dream view

Located directly on the waterfront is the high-quality equipped apartment with a spacious living / dining area. The large windows allow enough light to enter the apartment, making it bright and inviting at any time of the day.

The center of life of the apartment is the upper floor, which is designed loft-like, so that all rooms flow smoothly into each other. The spacious and inviting living room with sofa bed and woodburning stove, as well as a 55-inch 4K UHD TV with Blu-Ray player and Bluetooth Soundbar offers an incomparable view of nature and is therefore the ideal meeting place for a cozy get-together. DVD's for kids, teens and adults and games for all ages are also available.

In the first-class kitchen, you can prepare regional specialties yourself and spoil yourself and your loved ones with culinary delights. Alternatively to the stove or Hob you can also use the electric Webergrill. Due to the undeveloped location and the floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy the unique panorama of the marina and a beautiful sunset.
From the open kitchen to the dining area, you can always enter your terrace.
This is generously equipped with beach chair, patio furniture and Weber grill. If you still long for the beach, the apartment offers a wagon, beach shells, volleyball and sand pads. This floor is rounded off by a generous guest bathroom.

From the living room you can reach the attic via a comfortable staircase. The adjoining hall area is initially lined by an inviting spa bath with whirlpool and sauna, followed by 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms also have incomparable views of nature and sweeten every dream. The apartment offers through 2 cleverly placed storage rooms and storage space for the largest Urlaubsmitbringsel.

The first bedroom has a box spring bed with high quality mattress, a large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, a UHD LED TV and a wonderful view of the harbor. There is also a travel cot for babies and children.

The second bedroom is furnished with a corner wardrobe, a corner desk for teenagers with a stool, a Full HD LED TV, a solid wood sleeper chair with spring core (87x197cm) and a loft bed. The lower part (140x200 cm to 180kg) is suitable for two persons and the upper part (90x200 cm to 75kg) for one person.
For our younger guests there is a children's table with two chairs, 3 shelves with toy boxes (Legos, books and games) and travel cot.

In addition, the following bikes are available: a women's bike - 46 cm frame size - 26-28 inches, a men's trekking bike - 56 cm frame size - 26-28 inches, a mountain bike - from 165 cm height - 26-28 inches.

To Weidefelder beach, with restaurant, snack bar, Strandkorbvermietung and various bathing areas are only a few meters. Two bicycles, a scooter, inline skates in various sizes are available to our guests free of charge.

The apartment is part of the southern, newly built exclusive Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the surrounding area. We are happy to inform you about the exact status. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.
