The apartment has its own entrance on the upper floor and is functional and modern. The open kitchen meets today's high standards and is equipped with all the necessary household appliances such as a coffee machine, stove / oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, etc.

Room: 1x double bed, 2 x single beds, 1 x single bed (can also be used as a double bed)

Our beautiful holiday home is located away from the city noise, in the extreme northwest of Mecklenburg near the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast between the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and the district town of Grevesmühlen. Here you will find peace after the bustle of the beach in Boltenhagen or at the Wohlenberger Wiek. The Baltic Sea beach there is particularly recommended for families with small children. Use our apartment as a starting point for exploring the numerous hiking and cycling trails in this area.

The Ostseebad Boltenhagen can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Wismar and Lübeck are quick and easy by car within 30 minutes. to reach.

Our house, which is very quiet and away from any stress, houses our apartment, which ranges from 2 to max. 6 people can be used. The apartment is equipped with a modern shower room and fully equipped kitchenette.
The property is particularly child-friendly. The garden area has a great place for barbecuing or warming up in the separate sauna house on cool days.
The extensive garden offers enough space for all residents to relax.
The apartment has a fireplace that invites you to a cozy get-together in the evening.
Dogs and cats, sheep and lots of poultry live on the neighboring property.

Im großen ganzen ganz o.k.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr abgelegen. Der Schnitt und die Einrichtung der Wohnung sind echt in Ordnung (bis auf die Matratzen). Es gibt 2 tolle Terrassen, die leider nur bedingt genutzt werden konnten, da 2 Hornissennester am Hauseingang und am Badfenster waren. Balkontüren öffnen ging nur bedingt, da die Hornissen Tag und Nacht fliegen und sehr laut brummen (sobald Licht an war wollten sie massiv herein). Das war eine durchaus große Beeinträchtigung.

Hallo Frau Wünsch, die Wohnung dient ja wie inseriert zur Erholung und ist ruhig gelegen, und dennoch Nahe an der Ostsee. Es tut mir sehr leid, das während ihres Aufenthalts zwei Nistplätze an ungünstigen Orten entstanden sind. Die Natur kann hier leider nicht beeinflusst werden. Die Hornissen stehen unter Naturschutz, so das ich die vorübergehende Beeinträchtigung leider nicht beheben lassen konnte. Nach Auszug der Brut kehren diese jedoch nicht wieder in ihr Nest zurück, so dass die Beeinträchtigung nur von kurzer Dauer ist. Tut mir trotzdem leid das dies ausgerechnet in Ihrem Urlaub war.
