This 6 bedroom house offers great views and a relaxing atmosphere. It has an outdoor hot tub on one of the two decks from where you can appreciate beautiful sunsets over Sierra Blanca.
It has 2 living areas, a wet bar, 2 fireplaces, and courtyard area. 5 bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms.
Situated almost exactly between Midtown and Ruidoso Winter Park.

Mountain Paradise

This property was amazing. We stayed with a large family and had everything we needed. It was easy to access and the views where amazing. The property owner was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

The property was beautiful just as described. We were a large group and everyone was comfortable. The home had everything we needed to prepare and serve several meals including our Christmas dinner. I highly recommended this property and I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again.

Fantastic Property!

Wonderful property for our 5 day get away with friends. We were looking for a place for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee and afternoon Happy Hour. We will definitely be back!

9 Longtime Friends from AHS “75” had a wonderful time!

House was in a gated community and we felt very safe. It was very spacious, plenty of beds and bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed, firewood for fireplace, and to top it off….a beautiful view of Sierra Blanca! We had such a great time!!!! Host were very efficient in getting back to us with questions! Only issue we had was trying to get in but..we were 9 women over 65!

Perfect multi-family house!

Overall the property was great and the house had plenty of space to ensure it never felt crowded. It was very well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Very easy access to town or to Ski Apache.
