Turn-key perfect corner penthouse overlooking the stunning blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and sunsets on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten.
The private1500 sq. ft rooftop patio is all yours to enjoy. Lounge, watch the sunsets or read have dinner.
We have portable beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and plenty of other fun beach items to make your dream vacation 100% enjoyable!

The space
Walk to everything you need or want including 3 perfect beaches: the semi-private beach at the property, popular Mullet Bay Beach or secluded Cupecoy Beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, casinos also all within a short walking distance, including a brand new organic store right across the building. There are two amazing ocean front swimming pools and the famous spiral staircase that will take you down to a white sand beach and hidden cave. There is also a third swimming pool mid-property.
Each bedroom has it's own brand new a/c so you can adjust your comfort individually.
The kitchen will have just about anything you need to create a culinary masterpiece. Ice-maker on fridge is a must.
