Fabulous view

We came to the island to just chill and relax; St Martin is such a beautiful place! This unit is located in a beautiful spot, great neighborhood and has a fantastic view of the property and beach! We loved our stay and expect to come back again!!

Beautiful View

Wow! Love the view of the water from the balcony, pool and lobby. Check in was easy & fast. Condo and the complex is very clean. The staff was very nice. The gym is great. John the host was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

The Cliff

The property was beautiful and clean as was the condo. The staff at the Cliff were so nice and helpful. My only complaint was we didn’t rent a car so if we weren’t taking a taxi we walked to the close beaches, markets and restaurants. We could not believe all of the garbage everywhere. Not just in this area but over most of the island.

Quiet and relaxing.

Checkin was easy enough. We arrived early and they had not yet received notice from the host but that was quickly solved and we were even able to get in early. The front desk staff were all very helpful throughout our stay. And funny too! The condo unit was as pictured and quite well equipped. I would have liked the cleaning schedule at checkin but I checked with Stacey, our assigned concierge and she was very responsive. Linens on the beds need an upgrade. Sheets were older and rough and not fitted so we had to remake the bed every morning as they’d pull out. The blanket and bedspread were well used. The pool area is nice but was not swept or tidied until our last day and we were there 16 nights. There is no hot tub as advertised. The beach area was great this year but apparently it’s usually not there at all so we enjoyed beach swims regularly. You can walk to the small area at the university campus and there’s a few nice restaurants there. We also walked to the Cupecoy Marina restaurants a few times, even at night and felt safe. The gym is very well equipped and we used it daily. We rented a car for our vacation and parking was east and free at the Cliff. This is a very nice but quiet resort. The small bar they have there is always empty but the restaurant is quite busy. Try Mario’s Bistrot - it’s highly recommended but we were underwhelmed and ate elsewhere except the one try. There are two bbqs that we used a couple nights.

Excellent experience

We loved the apartment. It was big enough and the fact that we had two different terraces on each side of the apartment allowed us to be out and avoid the sun if the other side was exposed to the rays. Friendly and attentive staff at the building . We loved the gym and the two main pools. There was another pool for small kids and in general this was a very good experience. We loved the facility of walking to the grocery store which sold excellent products and also sold hot food. We would come back without hesitation and recommend this place to friends.
