Pictures don’t do it justice! Beautiful property and incredible views! Spent most of our time on the amazing deck! Pool and beach very clean. Host is very responsive and accommodating. You won’t find a better host or property on Sint Marteen!

Do not hesitate to book this property! The views are absolutely incredible from the large balcony and from inside the condo. There is literally an ocean view from every single room including the bathrooms. This condo was very spacious. The rooms were large. We didn't cook a single thing but the kitchen appeared very well equipped if you wanted to. The pool was quiet. The complex was clean and well kept. The area was perfect, close to many restaurants. We enjoyed a very short walk on the beach to Mary's Boon beach bar and restaurant multiple times during our week stay. Simpson Bay was a very nice beach. One of our favorites. We traveled to the French side and explored several areas but we're very happy we chose to stay in this condo on Simpson Bay. Everything about this property was just beyond our expectations. We hope to visit this exact condo again in the future.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to be. Incredible views, elegantly furnished, beautiful beach and great location. Owner Janet is on top of everything & is easily reachable. This was our second time renting this unit & it won’t be our last!

We had a wonderful time. The property was absolutely beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows were just perfect to see the amazing views of the water and beach.The condo had everything you could possibly need. The pool was lovely. Five stars!

Excellent all around. Simpson bay is the bomb. The location and building are spectacular and well equipped. Our just was responsive and the property manager was very helpful. We would love to stay here again

St Maarten on Simpson Bay

As advertised, the condo is right on Simpson Bay and has plenty of room. Beautiful spot. Parking spot is a little small if you are renting a SUV as we were to travel around the island.

Great Beach Location

Easy Beach Access. Beautiful views and close to many local restaurants and stores. We arrived late due to our flight and had no rental car and were pleasantly surprised to see water in the fridge. A welcome need after a long day at the airport. The owner was informative and kind. There is pretty much anything you would need in the kitchen and plenty of games for family time. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to go.

Awesome - location, property, views

The property is amazing, right in Simpson Bay. Very spacious with incredible views. The kitchen rocks. The balcony is huge with views all around. The pool is such a plus. Wish we would have found this earlier but now hopefully will be our place to stay for all future visits. Gotten spoiled by how nice it is and are definitely going back. Cora and Janet are very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Stunning!

This is an amazing property that I would not hesitate to book again in the future! Stunning views, and every detail was perfect! Pictures don’t even do it justice. My only (minor) issue was that in the description it notes there is a washer and dryer, however in the directions we received upon arrival it stated that it was not for guests to use. Not a huge issue, but since we do travel as a family I do like to have access to a washer and dryer on vacation. The pool was beautiful and empty the entire week. The beach was beautiful! We truly enjoyed the week! Janet was a wonderful host and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Stay

Our third (maybe fourth) stay at this property and first since Irma. Place has not changed and was fantastic then and is fantastic now. Location is spectacular, only five minutes by car (highly suggest renting a car) to Maho and to Carrefour. 10-15 minutes to Marigot. Easy airport access. Direct Simpson Bay Beach access. Top notch for Avgeeks like myself who love to spot planes. Just a hard place to leave. I could try for hours to think of something, anything negative to say, but just would not be able to. I was even able to see handwritten notes my son wrote in Janet’s guestbook when he was 6 years old. Wonderful place to make family memories!

Wonderful Place!

My wife and family have rented several properties over the years and this place was the most relaxing property that we ever stayed at. We all just enjoyed the condo, pool, ocean/beach and didn't venture out except to the grocery store and a couple of drives around the island. We all had been there before on a cruise so we were pretty familiar with the sites. The only minor drawback with the location were the large rocks in the ocean right in front of the condo. However, just a few yards to the left or right of the rocks are nice sandy beaches. Communication with the owner and Constance was excellent! We would definitely stay there again.

Heavenly experience!

Gorgeous, spacious condo with full ocean view from every wall of windows. Beautifully appointed with high end finishes, and many extras for the family (pool noodles, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella). The condo is direct access to the beach, and minutes walk from beach restaurants with many lounge chairs for drink/meal service on the beach.The ocean is perfect. A beautiful temperature just enough to cool off but never cold, and not too rough.The pool is graduated like a beach, spectacular for laying in the shallow end to stay cool while enjoying the sun.Janet is an exceptional hostess with wonderful, expeditious feedback and recommendations throughout our trip.Our trip was sweet perfection!

Paradise

Beautiful property with stunning views on a huge wrap around terrace. Complex is pristine with a love pool that was never busy. The beach area in front of the condo is very small but you can walk for miles on a nearly empty beach. Janet was super responsive, kind, and helpful. And Cora, the housekeeper is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked, the condo is well appointed, the sheets and towels were particularly high quality and luxurious. It was a wonderful stay. We probably wouldn't bother renting a car if we return as you can walk to restaurants and groceries so the car mostly sat but otherwise I hope we can make the same trip again.

Stunning views from this beautiful condo!!!

There are no words to adequately describe Janet's beautiful condo on Simpson Bay. From the moment you enter the unit and see the views from the stack back sliding glass doors you are immediately welcomed by the stunning blue waters and ocean breeze.... It truly is paradise!! The condo is well stocked with everything you could possible need to make your stay super comfortable. The property itself was immaculate, well maintained and the location is excellent and super easy to launch out from to explore the island. We loved the proximity to the airport for ease on travel days and absolutely loved watching the planes overhead from the balcony, while swimming in the ocean and beautiful pool. Janet is a wonderful host and her housekeeper was amazing and super helpful! We are already dreaming and planning our next visit!!

Truly a piece of “heaven”

Our stay at “ heaven” was absolutely amazing. I traveled with my husband and 2 year old daughter . Every component of the stay was truly perfect. While the pictures of the unit are accurate & beautiful, it’s hard to explain how magical this unit is until you see it in person. It was clean, spacious and the views from each room were breathtaking . The balcony was large and a beautiful spot to relax . The pool/ beach was amazing and quiet . The entire week we never had anyone in the pool with us! We enjoyed walking down the beach to Mary boons/ Karakter for lunch. The Simpson Bay Area had great restaurants that we loved exploring. Janet was absolutely wonderful to work with . She made the booking and check in processes easy and was so helpful with recommendations . She was very kind during our stay and took time to check in on us. Cora ( the housekeeper ) was also lovely. We made memories on this trip that will last a lifetime and we are incredibly grateful we found this rental. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in an amazing unit with a gorgeous pool/ beach access this is your place. You will not regret it. We are all looking forward to returning again. Absolute paradise

From the minute you step into the condo you realize you have entered a little slice of heaven. It would be hard to argue against this being one of the most luxurious properties on the island and you certainly will not find any better views. You can watch cruise ships sail by in the distance and the beautiful Simpson Bay is dotted each day with yachts and sailboats. Being in close proximity to the airport provided entertainment of watching all sizes of airplanes coming and going. At night there are incredible views of the island lights. We had the beach in front of the condo complex to ourselves each day and the soft white sand was perfect for taking long walks. The unit is well-stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation from linens, soaps, kitchen items, etc. The huge balcony with plenty of seating options afforded the opportunity of eating meals while listening to the waves and looking out over the crystal-clear water as well as curling up on the chaises to read a book. The property owner/manager Janet is phenomenal and responds quickly to any questions and she provided a wealth of information to ease the check-in/check-out process. You will not regret booking this property as it is very reasonably priced considering the luxury and views that you won't find elsewhere on the island. Will definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to the island.

Positively Stunning Property!

Walking in the front door to this property, my breath was literally taken away. It's nothing short of stunning. The views are unlike anything we've ever experienced, and we've visited 7 or so Caribbean Islands over the years. The blue water was crystal clear and the sound of the waves immediately takes any stress away. The Infinity pool is also stunning. We walked to the beach (with private gate/entrance) every day with the kids to boogie board, then hung out by the pool. There are a few restaurants that are a short walk down the beach. The condo itself is perfect. We arrived a few minutes before check-in, and the amazing, wonderful Cora was still there, so we were able to say hi to her. The rooms are spacious, with a king bed in the master and two queen (or maybe they were full?) beds in the second bedroom. Having 2.5 bathrooms was also nice. The kitchen was also perfect for cooking and had everything you need. Literally every room except for the half bath had a stunning view. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. The condo is on the 3rd floor, so just above the palm tree line for the best views from every angle. You could conceivably walk everywhere needed (breakfast at Cafe Atlantico was clutch!), but we were glad to have a rental car to go exploring. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this property, Janet, and Cora and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
