Stayed at The Penthouse for a girls getaway, the condo didn't disappoint! From the communication with Shane leading up to the trip to the check out, everything was wonderful. Very clean, the condo had everything we needed and more. We are planning our return already!

The Penthouse and our experience were absolutely amazing! We loved this location and the awesome views. The Penthouse was clean and comfortable, and we walked to many restaurants. We would love to return!

I almost don’t want to review this place because I want to stay here forever and don’t want other people booking the property! The penthouse is spacious, extremely well accommodated, and in a lovely small road which gives you a view of the bay and access to the beach from the swimming pool. It’s very close to the main drag and lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The owner was extremely organized, gracious, and very communicative. There’s a security guard on site at night in the parking space should you rent a car which I highly recommend

Gorgeous view, excellent pool, and the Penthouse amenities were A! There was even a Ninja smoothy makers :). Comfortable floaties for the pool. Bedrooms were excellent, great linens, clean bathrooms. Checked in process was super simple. Host and cleaning staff were awesome!!

Stunning Views

We loved staying at the penthouse. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The views out of the master bedroom and livingroom were stunning. We loved watching the kattamarans, yachts, and cruise ships from our covered deck.

Spectacular Views and exceptional accommodations

We planned a "girls week" to SXM and everything exceeded our expectations. Sharon was very responsive to our questions and requests. The Villa was perfect in every way, location, views, comfort etc. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

We enjoyed staying here. Communication with host was great! Very clean and close to everything in Simpson Bay. Only issue we had was water pressure so only one person at a time was able to shower. The host tried what they could to fix the problem. Great place to stay with the family!!

La Siesta is awesome

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at La Siesta. Look no further, this is where you want to stay in St Maarten. The location is perfect, Simpson Bay is a great beach and you are right on it with breathtaking views + a pool. The accommodations are everything you could ask for; very clean, well stocked kitchen for any meals in, and beach toys for kids. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Make this your “home base” for your stay in St Maarten, explore the island...you will love it.

Everything was great EXCEPT we were never told of the construction happening next door. From sunrise to sunset there was very loud banging just feet away from both bedrooms. Wish we would have known about this before booking because it did affect our stay and ability to relax on our vacation. Once this is completed the property will be a perfect place to stay in SXM.

Excellent property with stunning views!

We were definitely pleased with this amazing property! The views of Simpson Bay sold the condo, but the rental itself is just beautiful! Everything you may need is provided - all linens and paper goods, plenty of cookware and even spices. The condo is beautifully furnished. The owner was prompt to respond when I had questions, and as a bonus, there is a security guard on site. I definitely recommend this property in a great location.

I can't even begin to say how happy we were with this property! The condo was absolutly beautiful and the views were just breathtaking. Pictures did not even capture the beauty! The owner Sharon quickly responded to all my questions. We will definitely go back and i highly recommend this rental!

LaSiesta Penthouse

Recently returned from a fabulous week at the LaSiesta Penthouse in St. Maarten. This condo is one of the most beautiful and well appointed condos we have ever encountered. The views and sunsets were breathtaking. Condo was very convenient to everything. Food was great and with a variety of restaurants. Owners were wonderful to work with and most helpful. We highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to St. Maarten.

Surpassed all expectations

The photos do not do this property justice. The large balcony off the living room provides a spectacular view of Simpson Bay. This rental has all the amenities of home. Perfect Condo, gorgeous view!

This condo is perfect, it has everything and I mean everything you could think of! Fab kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer, beach chairs, toys etc. Hugh patio for morning coffee and watching sunsets. We walked to restaurants, beach bars and liquor stores. Assigned parking and a very nice night security man! We always felt very safe! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to spend a week in St Maarten!

A vacation to remember.

The penthouse apartment was great. It was supplied with everything we needed and more. On the back deck they even had toys and snorkel items that came in real handy. We had a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment was perfect. We felt more as guest then tenants. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. We will be back.
