Le Papillon Penthouse enjoys one of the best locations on St. Martin, with many wonderful restaurants nearby and a beach that is close to private and ideal for long walks.

The building itself was finished in 2014 after a few years of planning. It was designed and built by a doctor who owned the property. The building is so well made that even with hurricane Irma we had minimal damage.

Simpson Bay Area is a great place. It is a nice combination of tourism and local culture. It used to be a fisherman's village and it still holds some of that charm. It is easy to walk to restaurants and shops so people do not need to rent a car to go to places. But when you are in the apartment or on the beach you are completely away from any outside world.

Layout of the penthouse:

The penthouse is located on the third floor of the building. And the penthouse itself takes up 3 floors, making the last floor the sixth floor of the building.
The first floor of the penthouse consists of the kitchen, living room, dinning room, one bedroom & bathroom, laundry room, powder room, and the main terrace. On the second floor you can find a master bedroom & bathroom with its own terrace and walk in closet as well as the last bedroom with its bathroom. The third floor is the roof top terrace with jacuzzi, summer kitchen, lounging and dining area.

A great selection of restaurants can be found within convenient walking distance. To name a few:
