Caribbean Paradise is a beautifully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located on the “Gold Coast” of St. Maarten at the Rainbow Beach Club on the shores of Cupecoy. Perfect for a small family or a couple's getaway, you’ll enjoy all the wonderful features this “home away from home” has to offer while on vacation. The condo has very comfortable furnishings, fully equipped American style kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, the master with a king bed, en-suite bath, and the 2nd bedroom has a set of twin beds and en-suite bath. Both bedrooms and livingroom have smart TVs connected to satellite dish for uninterrupted viewing. The location is one of the island’s best within walking distance of Cupecoy Beach, Mullet Bay Beach, vibrant nightlife, great restaurants and bakeries, shops and supermarkets. This unit is located on the 5th floor and has a view of the Caribbean Sea and Mullet Bay Beach. The unit has passed hurricane IRMA test with sturdy hurricane shutters and windows. The hosts were amazing. They even welcomed us with snacks and wine!! The condo was wonderful, located in the perfect part of the building with easy access to the outside and also convenient to the pool and the beach. We had a peaceful and relaxed time!

This was a beautiful and comfortable unit and was located in a great area of St. Martin where it was central to a lot of places we went. Loved that we had parking and that the building was gated and very safe. It was nice to come back here at the end of the day to relax and sit back. Appreciate the goodies that were left for us. This was a nice, extra touch. Loved all the beach towels and bath towels that were provided. The property manager never got back to me when I informed him that our safes never worked with the key that was provided and to please come to our unit to help us out with it. I texted and also called him on the phone but no reply. Luckily, nothing of value was taken, even when the wonderful Angela came in and cleaned the unit. Please take off the listing that shampoo is provided as there was no shampoo.

Oh my goodness, this place is awesome. It is the best vacation rental we have ever had. The kitchen is equipped so well. I didn't want for any cooking utensil, skillet, or pan. I highly, highly recommend this place. And, Carlos, our host was amazing. We did not have to contact him once during our 8 day stay. If we return to the island this is the place we will stay at. And, I advise anyone staying here to frequent Fat Tony's for food. They are also amazing, so friendly.

we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was really close. The pool and the beaches were great. Everything is really easy and the condo is furnished very nicely. There was even some extras that the host left for us. Plenty of towels, sheets blankets I would stay again.

Great Location

First time and not the last! The location is about 5 minutes from the airport. Food and shopping is within walking distance and beaches everywhere. Carlos meet us at the property for check in and he was nothing but helpful and made us feel so welcome to the island and property. This condo came with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, noodles, cookware. Well that’s all I needed cause I was there to live the beach life! lol

Perfect Christmas getaway

The unit was one of the prettiest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. It was also well organized so easy to find everything. Carlos met us at car rental place and escorted us to the unit and made sure everything was working and answered our questions. Restaurants and food stores were within easy walking distance Mullet Bay beach was a close walk and we enjoyed snorkeling and swimming there

We enjoyed our 10 days there. The condo was exactly as promised. We were very thankful for the beach chairs and we used them almost every day. Having laundry in the room was awesome too. We were 2 couples and a second queen bed would have been better, rather than 2 singles. The kitchen could use more lights for cooking. Good location and parking was very convenient. Quiet area. Jennifer and Carlos were great too!

Amazing!

Our stay couldn't of been more perfect. The location, the sunseta, the pool, Cupecoy Beach is right behind the property. Our 6 year old son loved the pool and we ended every night in the pool watching the most amazing sunset. The market was near by and we visited a nice restaurant and bakery in jordan village. We visited grand case, pinel island, and mullet bay during our stay. Carlos was great checking us in and left us with a stocked fridge (eggs, beer, soda) and the unit had beach chairs, snorkel gear, and an umbrellabto enhance our experience. We have been coming to the island since 2005, were married there in 2010 and this is the BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED. we look forward to coming back soon!

Christmas in paradise

We spent a great Christmas away and loved every minute of it. The room itself was perfect.... there was everything that was expected and more. There was coke, water and beer in the fridge. Even a dozen eggs , cheese and butter where there to start our family vacation. There are restaurants a bakery and grocery stores all a short walk away. Also one of the nicest beaches on the island is less than a 10 minute walk from the room. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is the building itself could use a little fixing up on the outside. Very minor

Great location and property

This property is in a great location: close to the airport, grocery stores, and restaurants. The condo was clean and very well stocked. The pool area and private beach were gorgeous!! Also, Carlos was great, meeting us at the car rental, guiding us to the property, and helping with check in. He left the fridge stocked with a few essentials. Although the cheese was several months out of date... Unfortunately, during our stay on the island, the main power supplier was experiencing frequent and lengthy power outages across the island. The condo's generator was not working and we were left without power, so we ended up having to switch properties. That being said, the actual property was great, and I know we would have enjoyed our stay otherwise. Lian and the property management company were very helpful in getting us a refund quickly and making sure we could find other accommodations on short notice.

Wonderfully equipped condo!

Loved the furnishings in the living area, patio and it has a nicely equipped kitchen. Good views of sunset! Mattresses were a little stiff for our liking -- you can't please everyone in that category -- twin beds in particular were quite firm. Maid came unexpectedly on a day that was a birthday celebration and it was interruptive -- held us back from our plans for a few hours waiting for her to finish. We should have asked her to come back as we were not aware she would strip the beds completely, mop, etc. for more than 3 hours. A little notice of this would've been appreciated. The security safes in both bedrooms did not operate, so that needs to be assessed. Overall experience was positive. We would stay here again.

this is a wonderful condo, really a beautiful place to visit

we stayed 9 days and loved the location, furnishings, hosts and pool. we were welcomed at the rental car company and led into the unit where we found welcome gifts of eggs, milk, beer cheese and wine! there is a very little, private beach to enjoy the waves, but it is also within walking distance to a wonderful large beach. Everything in the condo is very nice and comfortable. We would love to give 5 stars, but we had big issues with the water pressure. We believe it was in all the units in the building so there was not much to do about it. Sometimes we turned on the faucet or shower and had nothing. We just had to wait for it to be good enough to shower or wash the dishes. We got used to the issue and still had a good time, I feel we need to mention it so future renters are aware. Only 1 day in 9 that we had good pressure all day. One other thing was the wifi did not go into the bedrooms, so there were nice tv's but they didn't work. the internet service was good in the living area. If you can deal with these two things, I highly recommend renting this place since the island is awesome and this is a nice area, close to everything but not overly congested. There is an ocean view since it is a corner unit, but you have to walk to the pool to hear the waves. Be aware too that there is much construction still going on especially the big building next door so you have noise from that for now. All in all the management and hosts are great!

This property is co-managed by owners and a local experienced and knowledgeable property manager. It provides the unique benefit of hands-on management by owners as well as the convenience of local assistance for guests during the stay.
A local agent will greet you upon your arrival at the Princess Juliana airport or car rental location of your choice. He will guide you to the condo and provide you with all the local contacts in case of emergency. He can also assist you with excursions after you have a chance to relax and enjoy our welcome package.
