W odległości uderzającej można znaleźć wszystkie towary (supermarket, apteka, restauracje itp.). 100metrow od domu znajduje sie nowa przystań kajakowa z pomostem rekreacyjno cumowniczym z altanami, z nowoczesnymi drewnianymi leżakami ,siłownią zewnętrzną, rekreacyjnymi zjeżdzalniami, natryskami, placem zabaw i miejscami na ogniska!Możesz więc poprosić o opłatę za sprzątanie w wysokości 50 €.
