Fantastic Home in Germantown

We have stayed in many vrbo rentals. This was one of the cleanest and it was a treat to stay there. The whole family enjoyed the home, the neighborhood, the proximity to food as well as the Nashville sites and entertainment. We would highly recommend.

Great place and great location

Great place and a great location right in the heart of Germantown! Ubers were easily accessible and affordable to Music Row and Bridgestone Arena. Comfortable beds, kitchen is well stocked and a nice front porch. There are only 2 full baths and one half bath not three full baths as the listing states. Great communication with the host and we would stay here again.

Amazing view of downtown!

This property was beautiful and the convenience of being close to downtown was perfect for us. The place was clean and well decorated and met all of our high standards!

Lovely house in quite neighborhood

This house was perfect for my friends gateway for 6 of us. The house is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and downtown was a short 5 minute Uber ride. There were also multiple great restaurants nearby that you can walk to for brunch or dinner which was a great perk. I would just make sure your code to the door works before you go out for the night, because the owner was at the house when we arrived and let us in, little did we know the code was never set for us. We had to contact the house manager late night to help us get into the house. Luckily he called me back after a couple minutes and gave me a different code to use. It all worked out in the end and I learned a great lesson.
