Villa Cablex III / oasis of calm with heated pool jacuzzi and sauna

We rent a 180m2 villa with its own heated pool (with sea water) for your comfort in Savudrija, Crveni Vrh. The villa is located on the beautiful coast of Alberi in Savudrija, a very quiet hillside location, directly on the sea, on the beach and offers a wonderful view of the sea and Slovenia.
In the district of Alberi, 5.4 km from the center of Savudrija and 8.5 km from the center of Umag.
You can enjoy your vacation with us from April to November.

The villa has a very large living room connected to the kitchen. On the top floor there are four bedrooms, three of which have their own balcony with a sea view, two bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet in the lower area, two air conditioning units and an outdoor shower. The villa offers a huge terrace with a pool (9m long and 4m wide) and a fireplace where you can prepare various Mediterranean dishes. In addition, our guests can enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. There is a private shower on the beach. In the house they feel like on a boat. The house also has two covered parking spaces.

In the vicinity of the villa (approx. 5 minutes on foot) there is a beautiful boatman's church, a tennis court (4x hard surface), a golf course (18 holes), and a more than 4000 m´2 children's playground, and much more ...

Play golf at the first 18 hole golf championship in Croatia, just a few minutes walk from the villa. Four tennis courts (green set), a multi-purpose court for football and basketball, a well-equipped fitness center and a sporting goods rental are also nearby.

Cap Savudrija and surroundings
The beautiful green landscape and the mild Mediterranean climate around the Cap Savudrija and in Istria tempt you on culinary, cultural and sporting excursions. Excellent Istria wines, sea specialties, cozy taverns, the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic coast in Savudrija and the numerous marinas are sights that can be easily explored by bike, horse or boat.
Due to the proximity to the EU neighboring countries and the excellent transport connections, you can reach Vila Savudrija by car in just a few hours. The nearest airports are in Portoroz / Slovenia (15 km), Trieste / Italy (60 km) and Pula / Croatia (95 km).

Weather
The Mediterranean climate in Alberi di Punta Salvore and Istria with around 2,400 hours of sunshine a year has a very positive effect on the human respiratory system due to the salty air. The air temperature in summer is on average 25 degrees Celsius, the sea reaches a temperature of up to 25 degrees Celsius.
