This house has everything you would even think about wanting. The kitchen is totally equipped, great grill. Amenities are all there. Very handy 2 car garage with space for a 3rd car. For summer, any kind of outdoor fun—paddle boards, etc. Great quiet location on beautiful Lake Hamilton.

Family Weekend

This lake house was perfect for our family. Open living so all felt together but also had our own separate spaces. The additional living room downstairs was perfect for our young adult children. The home was well stocked with everything making us feel very much at home. The location on the lake is perfect with the wonderful marina near by. This was a perfect place to stay in Hot Springs. The neighborhood is quiet, there is no detail left untouched in the home. Every single bed was comfortable (we all did the Goldilock's test). Although we didn't utilize it, there is an incredible variety of water equipment (lifejackets, paddleboards, etc) as well as games for rainy days and nighttime activities. It was very clean and we felt safe. The garage is a bonus to park in- because the parking is definitely what is stated about zero parking on the street. Thank you for being such a wonderful host home!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and nicely furnished. Enough beds and full bathroom for our entire family. My only complaint is the neighbors motion light continually went off all night on both nights of our stay. It was so bright it was as if the neighbors shined the light purposefully into the two bedrooms closest to the lake side of the house. Other than that, I give this house a 10/10.

Great Location

This is a very clean, well kept, beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The only negative was that the pictures make it seem this house has a boat dock right off the back yard. (Which it does—-but it does not belong to this house—-have to read the fine print). Fortunately, the marina is literally a one minute drive down the street so we were able to leave our pontoon there overnight.

We’re in Love

We rented this lovely property while in Hot Springs for the wedding of our daughter. It was the perfect property, with a spacious, updated kitchen which is fully stocked. There are four bedrooms, each with the most comfortable matresses, pillows and bedding. There are a total of 8 big screen televisions and plenty of sitting areas and porches that allow for quiet moments watching the ducks in the lake. There’s a full media room with popcorn maker and fridge downstairs too, although we were too busy with wedding events to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

Eclipse stay!

Our group consisting of 3 couples had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together as well as great spaces for everyone to have time to themselves. There were 4 good sized bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen was very well equipped. The large deck off of the great room was perfect for eclipse watching. It rained much of the rest of our stay, so we worked puzzles, read and relaxed. I can't think of a property that has been better suited for our needs. The host was easy to reach and was lovely to work with. We'll come again anytime we are in the area.

The stay was amazing from start to finish. The property is very well kept. The owners made sure to let me know about a refrigerator repair & that it would be a temporary one there. There’s also a notebook that tells you any & everything you’d have questions about. I honestly over packed because everything is already here, including fishing reels & life jackets. It’s a real hidden treasure!!! It definitely felt like home!!! I’ll be back!!!

Exceptional home

The property is gorgeous. The layout is perfect for groups, since everyone gets their own bathroom. It's very open and highly functional. The media room is a very nice touch. Items that could be improved. Quick fixes: Sink doesn't have the rubber collar guard to protect items from falling in, or jumping out when the disposal runs. Wifi in the media room was spotty. It's a mesh wifi system, however the last node (outside the media room door) was frequently losing its connection. Small fridge in the media room. A simple small fridge/wine cooler would complete that room. Other: The lack of a working refrigerator in the kitchen put a damper on vacation. Try cooking without immediate access to a refrigerator, it's not timely. Then having to carefully step across countertops in the garage to access the refrigerator added another burden. The neighbor's patio light (motion light) is malfunctioning. It turns off and on throughout the night. This illuminates the primary master bedroom on the main floor. The grill was advertised as a propane grill, but it is a pellet grill.
