"Catch of the Day" is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home that offers a short 3 minute walk to the beach, or take in plenty of sunshine from the decks with easy access to the beach.. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the covered front porch. Step inside to an open living, dining and kitchen area in the spacious first floor that features vaulted ceilings. The first floor also has a bedroom with queen bed, with private bath. Upstairs you will have two additional bedrooms with a "Jack and Jill" bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. This property sleeps a total of 6 persons in beds. With a fully stocked kitchen, full laundry, brand new HVAC system as of July 2023, and lots of outdoor space that includes a spacious yard area, this property is a great beach get away coupled with a short walking distance to the beach, with only 3 homes separating you from the pristine waters of the beach strand.

It's one of the houses you walk in & say "Oh, it's nice in here." Catch of the Day is a no frills, clean house. Perfect for us!

Will not rent this unit again!

Had to clean the unit, a bullet was found on the carpet next to the recliner, fuse box was on the fritz and air did not work properly.
