The fully stocked kitchen boasts of all new granite countertops and new fixtures. The large island features a new 5-burner stainless gas cooktop, prep sink and abundant seating, making prep a snap with space for extra helpers/observers! For dining, the choice is yours!

Gather in the intimate dining room, enjoy casual dining at the pub table and around the island or revel in the gorgeous lake views while having a BBQ feast on the deck!

After dinner, unwind in the great room with comfy new furnishings, cozy wood burning fireplace, and a large flat screen smart TV. For excitement head down to the game room with its pool table, flat screen smart TV and another wood burning fireplace perhaps for roasting marshmallows and smores! The perfect recipe for fun!

Good location, not a great house for the price.

The stairs are steep in the house. Since none of the bedrooms are on the main level, it important to know that stairs can be difficult for someone with a neuromuscular disorder. The kitchen isn’t well stocked. It only has minimal utensils and cookware.

Perfect location!

Great neighborhood location near the lake! Made it really easy to just walk or make a short drive to the boat slip nearby.

Returning from Yosemite to this spacious property was just exactly what our family needed. Our family of 11 had plenty of space to separate with the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 with showers) and Parking for three cars. However it does have a steep driveway access. The property has decks on three levels with nice sunset views and one which views the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and we’re able to use the owners slip which is just a short drive. Perfect for a family vacation.

Family vacation

Came here with my extended family. The size and set-up of the house was perfect for 2 families and grandma. With two living areas there was plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend to anyone visiting the Yosemite or just the Bass Lake area.
