Inside, the living room invites cozy evenings with a large stone accent wall and an ornamental fireplace (not for wood burning), plus a big flatscreen TV for movie nights. Every bedroom also includes a TV, offering everyone their own space to unwind.
The chef’s kitchen includes:

• Farmhouse sink
• Expansive granite countertops
• Seating for 6 at the dining table + 4 at the kitchen bar

Hi my name is Cory and my wife and I live in Coarsegold, CA about 30 minutes from Bass Lake & own and manage Vacation homes in Bass Lake, CA.
Why they chose this property
This house is recently updated on the inside and has been slowly upgraded ever since. Recently we added a tankless water heater and upgraded the heating and air conditioning. The property is one house back from lake front with a walkway to your private dock in paradise cove just a couple blocks away from The Pines Marina.
