Welcome to The Algarve! Casa Rosa, our little slice of Heaven is a tranquil spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful Praia da Rocha. The beach and all local amenities are right at your doorstep without being in the middle of a bustling tourist area.

Explore and enjoy the surrounding area on foot or rent a scooter or bicycle. You are a comfortable 15 minute stroll away from the beach and marina. Old town Portimão is a five minute drive away. Restaurants and nightlife are close by.

We are a Dutch and American couple who have been long time residents of California. After visiting the Algarve in 2016 we decided to make this area our home base in Europe. With retirement on the horizon we purchased our beautiful, modern apartment and enjoy sharing it with travelers from all over the world.

With the mild climate and proximity to the beach we could not resist the opportunity to own this lovely apartment in Portimão. We love that it is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac away from the busy tourist area of Praia da Rocha but close to everything. The communal pool is a bonus.

The neighborhood provides ample safe, free street parking and the apartment includes a large terrace perfect for enjoying outdoor dinning and a safe place for children to play.
