The SolRio condominium is situated in a quiet location but close to the center of Alvor. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are within walking distance and Pingo Doce supermarket is a 5 minute walk, 15 minutes from the beach on foot, 700m from the riverside of Alvor.
The beautiful lawned garden and the pool are very nice and ideal for sunbathing and resting.
Solrio has lift, video intercom and underground parking reserved for each apartment.

The contemporary apartment consists of an open kitchen equipped in the lounge, 1 dining room, 2 double bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 terraces to rest, enjoy the sun and take meals.

Many times in alvor. Apartment did not disappoint, spacious and clean with everything we needed, as we had grandchildren with us, so we did do a lot of cooking, would definitely book again, very well kept communal areas, great children’s pool

Nice Location

We had a lovely stay at a modern building with great pool, short way to the city center, beach, supermarket and highway. We had a kind care and a very comfortable stay with our kids.

Great apartment near the centre

Great stay, comfortable beds nice and clean, the picture needs updating of the view from the back balcony, we had a nice time, check in process was easy and Fatima was on hand for questions we had. One thing I would suggest is that if you could have water in the fridge on arrival as we had a late flight I had to go in town with the kids to find a takeaway that had water when we really just wanted to go to bed

We loved our stay in Rosa’s apartment, clean, comfortable, excellent location for us to walk into town or the estuary trails. Kitchen has everything you would need though we needed help with understanding the European appliances! We would stay again if available…

Highly recommended for families

Property was very cozy. We loved sit on our balconies or cool down at the pool. Walking distance to ocean (not beach), stores and restaurants and church Perfect vacation destination! Next time we will make sure to rent apartment with 2 bathrooms because 1 was very inconvenient for family of 5. Thanks to help of the kind property manager we were able to find the building (they don't use numbers, just street)

Solrio apartments

I thought the accommodation was good. I have stayed at Sol Rio several times over the years. I feel the apartment is ready for decorating and the decor is not to my taste. But it was very clean and comfortable. The front balcony could be a little more private and the glass table on the back balcony was in the way. Several signs said not to move it, so we didn't. The pool and grounds were lovely and well kept. Overall we were happy. The front gate needs repair. We thought we were locked out the first night and had to ring Fatima who told us that the gate was broken and we should use the other one.

Terrific two bedroom apartmenton.

A simple booking process and contact from the owner enabled a smooth arrival. The apartment is extremely well equipped and fitted out to a high and comfortable standard. It is situated close to amenities and is quiet and peaceful with balconies to the front and rear. A car is not necessary but the apartment block has underground parking for a vehicle. Overall this is a terrific apartment.

Great one month vacation

This spacious, comfortable apartment is filled with light and a joy to return to from exploring the Algarve. The location at the top of the Main Street and right at Golfland roundabout makes it so easy to go to local grocery stores, restaurants and shops as well as heading out of Alvor. The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed trying out Portuguese recipes at home. It is comfortable with four as only the one bathroom would make it more challenging for more than that. Rosa was very responsive to questions and Paula quick to follow up. Our arrival was a bit confusing as it was Jan.1 and the usual helpers were vacationing too but simple once we connected. This is an outstanding place to enjoy the Algarve and Alvor. You will love it.
