This beautiful cottage is located in Wallanderland, near Ystad. Here you can easily get to the sea and sandy beach, but the cottage is also perfect for fishing. The sandy beaches in Svarte are ideal for relaxing. Not far away is also the golf course Abbekås. Also make trips to Kåseberga and Ales Stenar. In Köpingsberg you will have the opportunity to taste sparkling wine, it is made on the estate using the champagne method. Ystad's animal park also houses a swimming pool for bathing. Stenshuvuds National Park is also worth seeing, from there it is not far to the apple orchards of Kivik. A visit to Malmö is also obvious, stroll through the market square Lilla Torg there.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Es damit einen ganz persönlichen Charme und der Wintergarten ist insbesondere im Herbst ein absolutes Plus. Ein Auto ist u.E. unumgänglich, andernfalls werden Ausflüge und der regelmäßige Einkauf recht aufwändig. Die Gegend ist absolut ruhig, Ystad und Malmö sind mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Abwicklung der Zahlung für die verbrauchsabhängigen Stromkosten. Diese konnten aufgrund der Nebensaison und der damit verbundenen Schließung des Novasol Offices nicht vor Ort bezahlt werden. Stattdessen mussten die Stromkosten in schwedischen Kronen an eine schwedische Bankverbindung gezahlt werden. Für umgerechnet knapp 60,- EUR Stromkosten fielen Zahlungsverkehrsgebühren in Höhe von 37,50 EUR an. Dies ist aber kein Manko für das Haus, sondern ausschließlich ein Defizit der Abwicklung über Novasol. Das Haus an sich können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Großzügig eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Zum Strand sind ca 15 Min Fußweg. Nach Ystad ist ein Auto erforderlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt hinterm Haus vorhanden. Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, man braucht jedoch ein Auto vor Ort. Einziges Manko: eine Erläuterung für die Heizungen fehlt. Wir haben erst 1-2 Tage etwas gefroren.
