On the outskirts of Kaiserslautern, a large, light-flooded apartment is particularly suitable for families.
In a particularly convenient location, the residential building is somewhat withdrawn from the street.
A good 122sqm, wonderfully spacious, the 4-room apartment has a kitchen with an existing fitted kitchen (oven + fridge-freezer + dishwasher), a large daylight bathroom with tub and shower and an extra guest toilet large south-facing loggia with access from the dining and living room as well as from the master bedroom. From here you have a great view of the garden.
