Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family and I went to Waterloo for a short weekend getaway to visit the water and amusement park. This house was perfect. Perfect size with lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside. WONDERFUL location if visiting the parks. Was easy commute if needed to take a break from the parks, eat some lunch, and go back! The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

The house offers so much room, numerous amenities, prompt responses, great fishing, outdoor games, outdoor fire pit, surround sound throughout the house, and the perfext amount of space for adults and kids. My children begged to stay longer.

Great family get away!

This house was the perfect size for our family trip! Wonderful layout with plenty of bedrooms and space for a large group. The house was very comfortable and clean with great activities to keep the adults and kids entertained! We would love to stay again this summer and visit the nearby waterpark! Highly recommend!

Very nice home

We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Great place to stay!

The house was perfect for 10 of us staying as a family. We caught fish in the pond using the provided fishing equipment, enjoyed playing air hockey, ping pong and video games in the evenings and grilled out on the spacious deck. Very clean and the owner answered any question we had. I highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Family Reunion

What a wonderful home to spend with our extended family of 13 people ages 3 - 76. Clean, plenty of room, beds were all very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the setting near a pond. We appreciated being able to use the grill for our Sat night meal. Location perfect to enjoy the Lost Island Water Park. We will definitely stay again if in that area.

Weekend getaway

This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students.

Beautiful home in great location!

We had a family get-together in the Waterloo/CF area and wanted a place near Lost Island waterpark. This home was the perfect, nearby location. The house was spotless and had all the essentials. We felt right at home! Rapid communication with the owner/management as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great family vacation and waterpark fun!

Loved this place! It was a very quick drive to the Lost Island park and was enough space for our whole family (grandparents, siblings, spouses, grandkids) to sleep and spread out. We loved the backyard pond and even caught a few bass! The patio was nice to relax and enjoy morning coffee and an evening fire. The kids had a blast playing air hockey and ping pong. We hope to stay again next summer!

Long weekend

Great stay - provided fishing poles for the pond and we caught large mouth bass and blue gills every time we tried. Video games, ping pong table, board games. Worked great for our extended family of 11.

This place is fantastic!!

This place was great.. Host was very responsive .. The house was beautiful and very comfortable... Close to town.. The fishing pond was feet from the back door...We brought our own poles.. But the host also provided poles and tackle.. Game room and game consoles for the kids downstairs.. You won't find a better place to stay.. Wish we could of stayed longer.. Definitely coming back!

Golf Getaway

This property is perfect for so many things. We had a golf weekend with some buddies and it was perfect. Slept 8 comfortably. This would be an ideal spot for families as it is close to the water park/ amusement park and has a great yard for any games that you might want to play. It had a pond for fishing as well. I would recommend this property for a friend or families get together.

In lack of nothing!

Walking into a fresh smelling, beautiful and immaculate home was so inviting in itself; but I was continually impressed that anything we would need was thought of. From kitchen utensils down to ice paks/first aid kit for injuries, we were able to find needed items. The air hockey was a hit and the fishing was as well. Comfortable beds, lots of linens, and couches super comfy. We had no trouble being entertained just inside the house, gaming etc...highly recommend this vrbo!
