Enjoy your dream vacation in one of our modern apartments on the beach of Cape Coral! Our apartments are individually designed and are located in a well-arranged building complex, which offers you complete privacy.

Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

Apartment Dolphin offers a bright, spacious living / dining area with open kitchen. Large window fronts let in a lot of light. From the well-equipped kitchen you can easily reach the dining area or simply enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A comfortable sofa, which can be quickly transformed into a comfortable, generous double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book or follow the latest news on television. Even the bedroom is spacious - in the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to bring and newly purchased treasures to stow. The queen-size bed promises a relaxed night's sleep ... The bedroom has a large enough bathroom, with a bath. Of course you do not have to bring bed linen or towels. In addition to shower towels and beach towels are available. The apartment has a private, screened outdoor area.

Check in was easy and the kitchen was sparse in some items and had an ant problem, which the property manager helped with ant bait. Overall, the property was quiet and relaxing. The pool was great to have by our room. Comfortable bed with affordable price.

Great Florida Getaway

My husband and I returned for the second time to this lovely property. We love the pool/hot tub area. The apartment has a comfortable bed and the kitchen is well supplied.

Very clean 1BR perfect for a short stay in cape coral. We walked to the farmers market and for dinner and used the pool each day. Host and building manager were easy to communicate with and accomodating.

Just what I needed

Absolutely lovely stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless. Has all the amenities you need comfortable bedding and in a great location love having a sliding door out to the porch and pool area. Several restaurants within walking distance and a bike rental so I was able to rent and ride to the beach. Property manager was readily available. Will definitely return

This was the perfect place to stay. The accomodations were very nice. Check in was very easy. The people communicated with us all the time. The accomodations were clean, spacious and very nice. Dolphin unit

Average unit.Was wakened up early in the early morning from roofers doing roof repairs/replacement. First day of vaca and was looking forward to sleeping in! No compensation for the disturbance. Roofers there all day- so unable to sit by pool and relax!

Unfortunately, we were not informed about the work on that day and were unable to prepare our guests so that they could do something else other than sit by the pool. Fortunately, the surrounding area offers great alternatives. In our terms and conditions, we point out that unforeseeable repairs or work can always occur during the stay, but this is very rare. We apologize again!

Nicely furnished and affordable apartment!

We had a very nice stay in the Dolphin apartment. Judi, the property manager, was super helpful and friendly. It's a great little property and convenient to a number of activities. From this location, we visited Venice, Sanibel, and Fort Myers. The apartment had nice and clean bedding, towels, and kitchen dishes. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes to borrow. There is a screened in front porch and there are a couple of chairs out the back door in the yard, so plenty of ways to enjoy the sun. It was a great value and we would recommend to friends. My only heads up to other guests: the convertible sofa-bed (for 3 person occupancy) which is provided in the apartment isn't super comfortable for an adult. I think a child would be fine.

Last minute getaway

We decided to stay here the day before our flight (tix were only bought 1 day prior). The host was super responsive in helping get the booking pushed through with less than 24 hour booking. The unit was just cleaned when we arrived and AC was a little behind but otherwise was perfectly acceptable. AC is being replaced in all units with a mini split which will probably be better - our definitely struggled with the 110degree heat index! Our first night we turned on TV and noticed the screen was broken. I texted the property manager Judi and she said they would fix the next morning (July 4 holiday). I said that wasn’t necessary - we just wanted to document but Judi and team did come by on 4th with a new TV which was appreciated. We used the pool and hot tub every day and really enjoyed the location being close to everything on 47th Terrrace. For fireworks we drove a few blocks to the American Legion (it was hot) and then walked to the bridge. Will definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great place

My Husband and I stayed in the Dolphin Apartment for 10 days. It was clean and well appointed with Pool and Hottub. Great quiet location within walking distance e of down-town restaurants and Bars and 10 mins drive to beach. Judi made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Good Value and Comfortable

The property manager was excellent, very helpful and available when needed. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and A/C could use some updating. Somewhat distant from good beaches, but overall value was good and it was nice to have access to a clean pool. Close to good restaurants and shopping.

Super Appartement in toller Lage!

Super Appartement, mit allem was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Abwicklung vor, während und nach der Reise ist in jeder Hinsicht absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Das Appartement ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand und absolut sauber! Die Eigentümer sowie die Hausverwaltung vor Ort sind jederzeit ansprechbar und lösen jedes kleine Problem sofort. Wir haben bereits mehreren Personen das Appartement weiter empfohlen und dies werden wir auch weiterhin tun. Dies war der 3. Aufenthalt in einem der Appartements. Ein 4. ist bereits in Planung :-).

Immer wieder gerne!

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Urlaub machen. Der Pool mit dem dazugehörigem Whirpool läd dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bereits zum zweiten Mal im Beach Resort gewesen und das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal. :-)
