Enjoy your dream vacation in one of our modern apartments on the beach of Cape Coral! Our apartments are individually designed and are located in a well-arranged building complex, which offers you complete privacy.

Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

- Sleeps up to 5 people - In addition to the queen-size bed in the bedroom has a single bed in an extra room and a sofa bed in the living area - bathroom with bath from the master bedroom to reach - ideal for families!

The apartment Seastar offers a bright, spacious living / dining area with open kitchen. Large window fronts let in a lot of light. From the well-equipped kitchen you can easily reach the dining area or simply enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.

Here you can relax and enjoy a book or follow the latest news on television. The two bedrooms are also spacious - in the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to store and newly purchased treasures to stow. The queen-size bed promises a relaxed night's sleep. The second bedroom also has two single beds. The ample, large bathroom has a bathtub. Of course you do not have to bring bed linen or towels. In addition to shower towels and beach towels are available. The apartment has a private, screened outdoor area.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay and found management very responsive. Love the pool and hot tub. It was a quiet place to recharge. We would go back.

Great Vacation

This property had one of the best pool / hot tub combinations we have ever rented. The condo was very clean and the owner and manager were very kind to us. We loved having a gas grill outside to use! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area and we highly recommend this property to anyone with a family on vacation.

Great place to spend our holiday

We we're in town visiting family for the holidays and Seastar was a wonderful unit for us and our girls. It had all the amenities we needed for a week away from home. Pool and hot tub we're awesome! We especially appreciated that the unit was decorated for the season.. this was a nice touch! The location is great, there are a plethora of great restaurants just minutes away. The property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to see family!

To Hot

The property manager was great and helpful. There is not central air at these apartments. There is a small window unit to cool the living area and kitchen, dining area and another room that has a daybed. The bathroom was so hot that my lotion was hot and watery. I put beach towels up on the windows to help keep the sun out and the room cooler. There was a floor AC in the bedroom and 80 degrees was the lowest temperature it reached during our stay the ceiling fan was our saving grace. Luckily there was a floor fan to help my son sleep and another to put in the bathroom that helped some. I couldn't imagine staying at these apartments during the hot summer months. The property manager did contact the owners and they said to try to keep the outside doors closed to keep the cool air inside. If you can tolerate the heat this place is for you.

And when our property manager checked the unit after your departure, the ac´s are set at 76 degrees which is the lowest temperature to avoid freezing and thus defect of the equipment. However, we apologize for the discomfort you experienced caused by the cooling situation which seems to be not within your tolerance limit.

Cute Efficiency Apartment w/ nice Pool

Efficiency was clean and cute, the pool was lovely. Please note, the owners require an "in-person" check-out and this may be difficult to schedule if you are on a short vacation and leaving early in the morning; however, manager Judi was very friendly and accommodating as well as the rest of the support staff. Make sure to check out the free beach at the Yacht Club and Monarca's for great Mexican.

It’s was alright.

It was a great place, a little dirty... but the lady Martina or stephine may be the same person, but she was a little rude in a message about me being in the hot tub. If I’m paying for the stay I should be aloud in the hot tub . Also no matter the case she should never speak to any one the way she did.

We fully agree that guests should be allowed to use the amenities they pay for. However, if this happens so loudly in the middle of the night that the police is called for disturbance of the peace, we as the landlord are allowed to point out our house rules (which are also agreed to when booking) a little bit more directly. Especially, since it is a complex with a total of 5 apartments and a mutual consideration of the tenants among each other should be without question. Regarding the cleanliness of our apartments, other evaluations are certainly more meaningful.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal hier und es war auch nicht das letzte mal. Die Wohnung, der Pool, die komplette Anlage waren sehr sauber und man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und total nett. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder iregndwas anderes war, die sie war ruckzuck da oder man konnte es per Telefon klären. Wenn ich wir mehr Sterne als 5 geben könnten, dann würden wir auch mehr geben. Deshalb 5 *+ ..... Immer wieder gerne und wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

Super toller Urlaub in prima Anlage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in sehr gepflegter 5 Apartment Anlage. Der Pool sowie Whirlpool waren sehr sauber. Die Eigentümer sowie die Hausverwalterin standen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Unterkunft ist sauber, hell und sehr freundlich ausgestattet. Umgebung ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Ein wunderbarer Pool (beheitzt) und ein Whirlpool stehen zur Verfügung. Tolle Urlaubslocation

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal im Beach Resort. Es hat uns wieder super gut gefallen, alles war wieder perfekt. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hat sich wieder toll um alles gekümmert und wenn Fragen sind, kann man sich an sie wenden. Von Cape Coral aus kann man viele andere Orte gut erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Florida Rundreise - Apartment Seastar

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Florida haben 4 Tage im Apartment Seastar in Cape Coral verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment Seastar entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, die wir entsprechend des Online-Inserates hatten. Apartment & Anlage waren sauber, gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man für die Zeit vor Ort benötigt. Durch die Informationen im Internet und der sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Kontakt mit den Vermietern (Vorabinformationen, Check-In, Schlüssel, ...) war das Apartment problemlos zu finden und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Zentrale Lage, da sehr schnell auf dem Cape Coral Parkway & Brücke Richtung Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva aber auch Bonita Beach & Naples sind in gut einer Stunde Fahrzeit vom Apartment zu erreichen. Wir können das Apartment Seastar uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns sehr herzlich für die wunderschöne Zeit in Cape Coral.

Schicke Wohnung - perfekt eingerichtet

Unsere Wohnung entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung im Internet. Sie war wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet und insbesondere in der Küche fehlte es an Nichts (...fast wie zuhause). Der gescreente Pool und Grillplatz und die Betreuung vor Ort waren ebenfalls sehr nett. Fazit: es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Florida-Urlaub gerne wiederkommen. Die angebotene Bootstour mit Marco kann ebenfalls empfohlen werden.

Schöner Urlaub im Beach Resort, Apartment Seastar

Für uns war es das erste Mal, Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung zu buchen. Auf diese Anlage sind wir aufgrund der guten Bewertungen aufmerksam geworden. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, und die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet, so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir hatten im Vorwege noch etwas Stress, da unser Flug etliche Male umgebucht worden ist, und somit unsere Ankunft erst um Mitternacht stattfand. Aber wir hatten netten Mailkontakt mit der Vermieterin, und alles war kein Problem. Es hat uns dort gut gefallen, und die Lage ist sehr zentral, von Cape Coral aus ist man schnell z.B. auf Sanibel-, bzw. Captiva-Island. Wir würden das Apartment Seastar jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolle Apartment Anlage!!!!!

Sehr sehr schöne Apartmentanlage. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super freundlich. Es ist alles vorhanden sogar Wasserspielzeug für die Kinder. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Schöne Tage in Cape Coral

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Cape Coral; daran hatte nicht nur das Wetter, sondern auch das Ferienappartement seinen Anteil. Das Appartement entsprach voll den Erwartungen, die wir entsprechend des Online-Inserates hatten. Appartement und Anlage waren sauber und gepflegt. Durch die Vorabinformationen war es ohne Probleme zu finden. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei große Supermärkte und auch zu Fuß kann man Restaurants erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist Seafood bei Merricks - schon gehobener Standard, aber sehr gutes Essen. Urig ist auch Fords Garage. Beachtet bei beiden - Anmeldung, oder ihr müsst Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es viele - wir waren zum Baden immer auf Sanibel Island; in Fort Myers Beach ist die Parksituation nicht so gut. Auf Sanibel ist das Naturreservat M.J. Darling zu empfehlen und natürlich Eisessen bei DQ. Alles in Allen: Wir fühlten uns im Feriendomizil bestens aufgehoben und können es in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Joachim

Viel Platz, sauber und sehr gemütlich!

Das Apartment Seastar, in dem wir einige Tage verbrachten, hat unser sehr gefallen. Der Platz ist unglaublich großzügig; ein großer Wohnbereich, ein großes Schlafzimmer; für 2-3 Personen ideal! Zudem ist einfach alles vorhanden: angefangen mit der vollausgestatteten Küche (alle Utensilien, die man so braucht sind da), dem Wohnzimmer (hier lag auch ein Ordner bereit, der Tipps für die Umgebung enthielt), und dem Badezimmer mit Handtüchern und Fön. Zum Apartment gehörte außerdem ein Pool und Whirpool, den auch die drei anderen Ferienapartments mitbenutzen (keine Angst, wir waren trotzdem immer allein im Pool). Außerdem können Bewohner des Apartments noch Fahrräder, einen Grill im hinteren Garten, Strandzubehör (Strandlaken, Sonnenschirme, Spielzeug für Kinder) sowie eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner benutzen. Zudem fanden wir den Hausmanager Judy total rührend! Sie macht den Check-in und die Abnahme bei Abreise und sie ist einfach super nett. Sie hat uns alles genau gezeigt, wie was funktioniert, wo wir was finden, total persönlich! Es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir in das Apartment fahren, ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall auch!

Die Vermieter haben auf ihrere Internetseite nicht zu viel versprochen. Sowohl die Anlage als auch das Apartment sind topgepflegt und in tadellosem Zustand. Ausstattung und Lage entsprechen absolut der Beschreibung, es wurde nicht zu viel versprochen oder etwa "dick aufgetragen". Die Hausverwaltung kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste und hat für alle Belange und Fragen stets ein offenes Ohr sodass man sich als Gast sehr gut aufgehoben fühlt. Wer gern ruhig wohnt ist in dieser Anlage genau richtig. Sie liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung, etwas abseits vom Touristentrubel. Der Strand von Fort Myers, Fort Myers Downtown, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir können das Apartment mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder und ziehen die Anlage einem Hotel auf jeden Fall vor. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Cape Coral

Wir haben 4 Tage im Apartment Seastar verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Fotos und Informationen entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, neu, freundlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Super ist der überdachte Pool/Whirlpool, der auch abends beheizt und hübsch beleuchtet wird. Vorab hatten wir einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Auch die vor Ort Betreuung war super und unkompliziert. Wir können das Beach Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
