Comfortable Stay

We had a very relaxed stay for a week at this property. Everything was as described and our teens loved the pool access. They had it to themselves every time.

Great location

Overall good experience. Had to search all over the house for tv remotes they were in closets. Down stairs ect. LOTS of bugs mostly dead at least. Drawers full of trash. Need to be gone through and cleaned up

A beautiful sweet place to stay.

It was very nice and clean. Away from all the craziness of LSU campus and if going to game, because of the contra flow, having two ways to be able to get to the house is a plus. No far from downtown BR if going in for a concert or any event at the River Center or any great restaurants in that area. I will definitely stay here again.

To the POINTE!

AMAZING! Beautiful property and location. If you’re looking for relaxation and plenty of area to be outside, this is your place. Extremely quiet and peaceful and a great location to LSU allowing you to take a back road into campus missing all the traffic. The property was exactly as described with plenty of parking and the use of the private garage along with the other property amenities were a nice bonus. The interior of this property is beautiful and spacious with the downstairs great for entertaining family during an LSU weekend or any other time. The beds were extremely comfortable and the upstairs terrace was great for early morning coffee or an afternoon relaxing moment. Thomas and River Homes LA were outstanding host with excellent communication. I absolutely recommend this property and we look very forward to staying at Pointe-Maria again in the future. #GEAUX Tigers!

We stayed at this home for a last minute weekend trip to visit family in Baton Rouge. The home was exact to the pictures and the description in the listing. The location, accommodations and amenities were all a 5 star. Communication and response time with the host was helpful and prompt. We will definitely be revisiting this home in the future when visiting family in Baton Rouge.

Beautiful Property!

We had to work with the management team to adjust our schedule and the experience was great! Accessing the home was very easy and we really appreciated the use of the garage door opener! The home was well stocked with anything that you might need, including the 2 beers that were left inside the fridge (lol emoji). The home looks just like the photos, but is actually even better! Cleaning crew should be counseled. Comfort 5/5⭐️ Cleanliness 3.5/5⭐️ Safety (We felt safe!) 5/5⭐️ Amenities 5/5⭐️ Appliances, kitchen equipment 5/5⭐️ Customer Service 4.5/5⭐️ Value for Price 5/5⭐️ Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this amazing home!

BEST STAY! Incredible house close to everything! Safe, comfortable, spacious house.

This home was absolutely perfect for me and my family. It's in a great (and safe) location. Very comfortable, spacious, and had everything you could possibly think of. Will go down as one of the best VRBO stays we have ever experienced. Thomas was easy and very timely in communications. Great host! Will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend!

Very clean and modern townhome

We are a family of 5 with a small dog and we absolutely loved this home!!! This amazing two story townhome was the perfect size for our family. We have 3 kiddos (ages 14, 12, and 9), and they loved this property. The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe, well-maintained and had remarkable amenities! The location was great for us as well... More secluded, but only a 15 minute drive to local food, shopping, attractions, etc. River Homes provided excellent service and stocked this property with basically all the necessities and many extras! They even stocked the bathrooms with q-tips (which we always forget)! 😉 We will absolutely stay at this place again and any other property that River Homes manages!

Hi! I am a native of Crowley, Louisiana and a graduate of the University of Louisiana Lafayette. During his time at UL, Thomas was elected as Student Body Treasurer, held the position of Business Manager for Student Publications, and was an active member of Our Lady of Wisdom and Ozone Ministries. During the summer months, he oversaw the Lake Program at a Christian summer camp, Camp Ozark. After earning a degree in Finance, Thomas moved to the beaches of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida to work in the real estate industry. He has now found his way back to Louisiana to bring his property management and hospitality expertise back to the state that he loves. In addition to his time in the real estate market, Thomas joined the newly developed Town of Alys Beach where he oversaw operations of their premier property, Caliza. This high end hospitality experience is where Thomas embraced the practice of full-service customer care and attention to detail. Working closely with the various departments and diverse homeowners, Thomas gained the understanding that excellence is in the details.
