Upon entering, you're immediately welcomed by an open-concept living space filled with warmth and panoramic wooded views pouring in. The grand living room is the heart of the beautiful cabin with a large stone fireplace anchoring the space. Sink into plush sofas and turn on the smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen is a central gathering space where family and friends naturally come together. Also, find the spacious game room upstairs designed to bring people together with fun for all ages. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

KITCHEN:
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, making it easy to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. Well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Gather around the inviting dining table or the alfresco dining on the deck to share stories and laughter, as it invites you to savor each bite while taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a big cozy feel with a stone fireplace and plenty of seating to relax after a day out.

GAME ROOM:
This open, top-floor space is a blast for kids and kids at heart! With treetop views, arcade games, air hockey, and board games, you’ll feel like you’re in a giant tree-house.

ENTERTAINMENT
Start from the main level that features a cozy electric fireplace and a large smart TV. Stream your favorite shows, cue up a family movie night, or settle in for a sports-filled afternoon with all your streaming apps at your fingertips. Just off the living room, step outside and head over to the outdoor stone wood-burning fire pit, where you can enjoy storytelling and s’mores under the stars. In the upstairs game room is where the fun really comes to life. Here, you'll find a large TV, perfect for gaming or streaming. An air hockey table invites endless hours of friendly competition. For arcade lovers, the multicade arcade is packed with dozens of classic games that span generations. But the entertainment doesn’t stop indoors. Step out onto the lower-level porch and discover the bubbling hot tub. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Smokies. Sit back with a drink, let the bubbles ease your muscles, and enjoy the quiet solitude or chat with friends as the sun sets. Just steps away in front of the cabin, a cornhole game is also set up on the porch.

GUEST ACCESS: You’ll have full access to the entire cabin.

ENTRY
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. A few days before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

TRAVEL TO THE CABIN
The road to the cabin is narrow with a few turns. It is paved all the way except for the street that the cabin is on, which is gravel. The first part of the street is on a slight incline with some unevenness in the roadway. Even though you can make it to the cabin in any type of vehicle, even a small sedan or a mini SUV, in inclement weather 4WD and AWD is advised. A custom lowered vehicle may have difficulties. There are no steep cliffside drop-offs.

Other things to note:
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No refund will be issued for late arrival and/or early departure initiated by the guest.
- We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. You’re welcome to smoke outside away from the doors and windows.
- A security camera is outside and only points towards the driveway. It is used for emergency purposes only. You have your privacy everywhere else outside (porch, hot tub, fire pit). There are no cameras or any other monitoring devices inside of the cabin.
- The cabin is on well water. We have whole house water filtration system installed.
- Linens and pillows are provided for all beds and sleeper sofas.
- Minimum age to book is 18.

There is $250 security deposit hold placed on your credit/debit card and it’s released after your departure if there’s no damage to the property. So far we’ve had great guests and released 100% of all security deposits.
