250 square meters on two floors offer plenty of space. The ground floor is completely barrier-free.

A large bedroom for 2-4 persons and a spacious, barrier-free bathroom complete the offer on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the first floor. Here are another 5 rooms in different size and location and two large bathrooms.
