Our holiday home "Feriendomizil-Belvedere" in Seepark Eiken is a holiday home (hipped roof bungalow) in Walchum.
Cottage for 6 persons.
The living area in the ground floor house is about 100 square meters.
The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 persons.

Three bedrooms are located in the object. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) including a wardrobe. For toddlers is a travel cot available. There are TVs in all bedrooms.
The house has two bathrooms with shower.
The heart of the house is the living room combined with an open modern kitchen and a spacious dining area. The house has large windows that let a lot of light into the rooms.
The house is barrier-free.
The holiday home has a private garden and a terrace. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. As a special feature this holiday home has a direct access to the lake.
The terrace is protected by a roof with a size of 15 square meters against rain and wind.
Also belongs to our holiday home a large storage room for parking bicycles and sports equipment and a parking space.
The holiday home Belvedere is a Non smoking home!

In our house dogs are welcome and of course free. The large garden with terrace is completely fenced.

Sehr schönes Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung

Wir haben mit vier Personen und drei Hunden ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Haus Belvedere verbracht. Besonders angenehm ist die gehobene Ausstattung und das komplett umzäunte Grundstück in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage.

Perfekt für Familie mit Kindern!

Wir hatten tolle Tage und konnten richtig abschalten. Die Kinder haben am See gebuddelt und gespielt, wir waren schnell in Schloss Dankern und am Schloss Clemenswerth! Der Bungalow war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, großzügig und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch mehr! Toaster, Wasserkocher, Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Gefrierfach, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Backofen. Es gab sogar ein Nachtlicht und Babyfon für die ganz Kleinen sowie eine tolle Auswahl an Kinder DVD's, Spielen und Stiften! Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht!

Sehr schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit fünf Männern zu einem Spielewochende (Brettspiele) dort. Schöner Wohnbereich mit komplett eingerichteter Küche, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Alles hell und modern eingerichtet. WLAN manchmal etwas instabil. Kleine Bungalowparkanlage rund um einen kleinen See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten allerdings etwas weiter weg (Haren) bis auf einen sehr kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Dort gibt es aber auch frische Brötchen.
