Spacious air conditioned/heated cozy family home that sleeps up to twelve people with a wonderful sunroom, and beautifully furnished oversized deck equipped with a new grill. Huge backyard with sea saw, swing set, firepit, hammock and picnic tables. Anywhere you sit in the backyard, you will find it to be serene and relaxing. You can also enjoy watching the children play and or your fuzzy friend run around.
Everything is new in basement's game room that includes a 65 inch smart TV, and 3 memory foam futons, an eight foot billiard table, full sized ping pong table, Giant JENGA, Air Hockey, Card table, Dart board, and a separate game room dedicated for the smaller children with a tyke slide, tyke basketball, board games etc.. Just drive on up to Amaricks Place Driveway. You can enjoy our nice quiet neighborhood by taking a nice enjoyable walk. Wallenpaupack Lake is within walking distance. if you would like to explore the surrounding area around the 13 mile lake, various restaurants, outdoor activities, and other amenities, you will have to use your vehicle.
