The beachfront Pescadero Palace Guest House is a 4 bedroom/4 bath Villa sits on the 3-mile white sand beach of Playa Pescadero, one of the best surf breaks in Baja California. It has an excellent location, 45 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas and 5 minutes to the magical town of Todos Santos. There is a waterfall that pours into a beautiful heated swimming pool, a 6-person Jacuzzi, and pool patio with furniture. The Villa is fully furnished and amenities include 2 full kitchens with all appliances and utensils, satellite TV’s in all bedrooms and living room, 2 computers with free wireless wi-fi throughout, washer/dryer, and maid service available for a small extra fee. We also have beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, soft top surf boards, and a double kayak with fishing pole mounts for guest use. Smaller groups can rent only the number of bedrooms needed.

Each bedroom in this 3-story Villa has its own private terrace, and the upstairs Penthouse has a private entrance, spectacular ocean views, and large private terrace perfect for sunbathing. The ground floor 1-bedroom is fully equipped with its own private kitchen and ensuite bathroom, while the main level 2-bedroom is beautifully furnished and has another full kitchen with all appliances, utensils, and a 16-foot Brazilian granite counter top. For all round comfort, this Villa is hard to beat!

Pescadero Palace Stay

Great mellow location, right next to a surf break. Walking distance right up the beach to a little beach bar with surprisingly good food. Robert was great. He was quick to respond to any questions, and when the hot tub's heater needed replacing, he was able to get it done in less than a day. Good luck doing that anywhere else! We were also able to go up in his ultra-light for a very reasonable price. What a great experience. Thanks Robert!

Barefoot to Beachfront

Everything we could have wanted from a beachfront vacation for family and friends. Robert is the real deal: one of the first to live on this strip of beach, surfer, and detail oriented to the upkeep of his place. His multi dwelling stucco villa is designed and built in such a practical and beautiful way because he built it. Not opulent and overindulgent but peaceful and everything you'd need. A Place to Find Paradise

The location of Pacific Palace is breathtaking! It’s the kind of views you’ll never forget. We slept in the top floor penthouse under a palapa roof listening to the waves and feeling the breeze. It was the best! There were four of us and we had plenty of room to space out and plenty of roof top decks to watch sunsets and get together. You know it’s special when it’s hard to get in the car and leave. Best of all is Robert, the host. He is so nice and hospitable. We had the good fortune to watch him take off flying his motorized hang glider. He even offers flights for the adventurous. I look forward to our next visit!

Amazing spot, perfect to just get away from it all and yet the spot that you don't want to leave

+ amazing views over the Pacific + beautiful beaches in front that stretch for miles + great vibes everywhere. Smiles! + hosts were epic - like a family when you're visiting. - the only negative was having to leave and get back to reality. Pescadero Palace was Perfecto

Robert's property was fabulous! We took over the main house and penthouse suite with our crew and had a great time in Pescadero. The house had everything we needed and more including some extra surfboards and sea kayaks we used to catch some fish! The pool and spa stayed refreshing and the outside shower & toilet room were a surprising convenience. Robert, who is super laid back lives on the compound was great to catch up with occasionally to make recommendations and learn about his fascinating Baja lifestyle. Robert also has a propelled hang glider that he can tour around the coast in. Going up for a ride was a highlight of the trip!

This Villa Has it All!

I stayed at the Pescadero Palace from Sept. 2-12, with my family, and we had a great time! I usually don’t write reviews, but after staying, or touring, almost every other beach house in the area over the past few years, it was nice to finally find a clean, fun, and well maintained Villa. My boys like to surf, and you can’t get any closer to the waves, just walk out front. My little girl and I liked the pool and Jacuzzi, and my husband went surf fishing right off the beach in front of the Villa. We can’t wait to come back this winter, thank you!

My Dream Vacation

It was the best vacation of my life!! I stayed for 10 days in the Pent House with a 180 view of the ocean. The room was spotlessly clean, the towels fluffy, the bed comfortable, the little balcony perfect to watch the sunset over the Pacific. Every morning I fixed my coffee in the little kitchen and took my cup of coffee with me while I walked on the beach. The beach was virtually deserted...only a few surfers or an early morning fisherman. Everyone was friendly. I ate at the local restaurants in Pescadero and Todos Santos...had a manicure and massage at the White Sand Spa...everything was perfect...except after 10 days I had to leave. Oh, wait a minute...I forgot the evening Jacuzzi and the beautiful pool. How could I forget that. I want to go back NOW!!!

The owner of this vacation rental is a professional surfer, and his father has surfed since 1968.

Todos Santos has been recently declared a 'Pueblo Magico' by the Mexican government, and when you come to visit you will know why it is a Magical Town. Year round warm weather, plenty of sunshine, good surf, and friendly people are only the beginning.
