My husband and I are empty nesters who have lived in Sierra Vista since 2010. We moved here from Iowa where we owned and operated a B&B for 15 years. We have two small lap dogs who also enjoy the shared back yard. I am a licensed Realtor and our hobbies include fix it projects!

Why they chose this property

This is a "one of a kind" location in Sierra Vista, it feels more like an "Oasis" then the desert! You can enjoy sunbathing and swimming or just soaking in the hot tub. Many birds love our location too! We are centrally located in town and close to everything.
