5. NO VISITORS. Only registered guests have access to the house. NO exceptions. We charge $50dlls per guest extra / per night

6. Parking only for up to 4 cars

Just slept and ate breakfast there...didn't use pool or back patio much, or the game room. Spent alot of time with our family in Riverside. Nice place. small critique...the light switches are in weird places for the kitchen dining room. and hot water took awhile to come in the master bathroom..Otherwise great. Noted that a subsequent charge was made due to dog waste found on the back patio. We did not have a dog with us, nor visited us, nor did we see any neighbor dogs. We must decline this charge.

The home was beautiful and had every amenity needed for a relaxing and fun stay! It felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and safe. Many restaurants, shops and Starbucks within minutes! The hosts definitely thought of every little detail to accommodate their guest. I loved the backyard, game-room and pool! This property was so amazing that my wife was ready to move in. There was plenty of space and tons of things to do. The house was clean, and grounds were very well kept. We would definitely reserve this property again and recommend anyone staying here. We had a minor hiccup checking in which was likely our error. Softball tournament

We stayed with our family and two other adults at this property. From the showers, to the linens, to the kitchen utensils, this house was amazing. The place was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. Such hospitality and thought went into everything from the pool to the kitchen. Loved the house and the modern vibes. Such a nice house inside and out. We had an amazing time from grilling , to the pool , to playing pool in the garage. The only downside to the whole house would be the garage being a little warm but nothing too crazy. Other than that everything was good. The hosts are super responsive. Check in and check out were super easy no hassle. There was extra towels and blankets available which were such help. Highly recommend staying here!! We had such a fun time, Definitely look forward to staying here again next time we want a little escape from reality!

Karina was very responsive. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, across the street from the university orange grove, close to a huge park and a couple of blocks from grocery store/restaurants. The house, yard and pool are well maintained. Lots of little things to make it homey. Well kitted out, eg. with Tupperware, spices, laundry soap, etc. Everything my 6 family members needed for a week.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. Home was perfect for our family of 4, which includes 10 and 12 year old girls. The pool and floaties were a big hit. Pool was clean and well maintained. Hosts provided welcome snacks, k cup coffe and cream for entire stay. Plenty of towels and a/c worked well. Ceiling fans in every room as well. Keyless entry was appreciated. Beautiful/True to pictures

The only reasons this did not get a 5 star all across us because of a few things, the room with two beds once we took the comforter off had rubber bands all over which makes me think it wasn’t properly cleaned. The master bathroom toilet knob was very wonky and I had to fix it to use it. Finally the pool, I was so excited for the outside but the neighbors falling tree had it so dirty I spent an hour cleaning it before I could dare go inside. Now everything else ? 10 stars if I could because it was so nice and better in person
