Located on Sandy Hook’s First Street near the corner store "Snaks", we’re two houses in from the water! Enjoy your time at the beach in the warmer months or enjoy ice fishing in the winter! 2 min from the Sandy Hook Golf Club, 3 min from Winnipeg Beach and 10 min from Gimli!

This bright 4 season Interlake gem features 3 Rooms*** to Sleep:
1 Triple Bunk Bedroom (3 *DOUBLE* Mattresses!)
2. Queen Bedroom
3. (Summer Only) Detached Legal Bedroom "Bunkhouse" sleeps two more (bunk beds available spring 2024!). The bunkhouse meets fire code. It is insulated and heatable for winter, but we do prefer to use it as storage until spring and the price is reflected accordingly.

Nice, convenient place

Property was as stated and accomodated us fine. Everything was in working order and the owner was very prompt about responding and making sure we had what was needed. The only down side of this and the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was the kitchen was not entirely clean. Owner was contacted and was not aware of the issues, but said he would address with his cleaning person.

Good price, dishes were dirty, beds seemed clean and comfy, pet hair was all over in some places, the owner is respectful and nice when asking questions. Overall was happy about everything except disappointed in all the dirty dishes (food scraps still on some dishes).

Why they chose this property

My favourite part about the Interlake is the variety of communities back to back from Matlock to Riverton. While Arborg, Winnipeg Beach and Gimli offer major goods and services there are several other communities all within a short drive of one another along the highway - year round!

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of its proximity to the water without being on the beach. For renters this helps keep cost down. Our bunkhouse is properly fire safe and meets legal bedroom standards which is atypical for exterior rooming. Our triple bunk bed is a major highlight for families and friends!
