Come enjoy this relaxing home! The community is a very peaceful place to stay with all the small town feels. Our surrounding towns include Casa Grande, where you can find just about anything you could need, Coolidge, & a midpoint between Phoenix & Tucson (1 hr each way). There is plenty of parking including RV. Come for work, a place to stay in-between homes, to golf or just to explore all the wonderful things Arizona has to offer. You'll be glad you did.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
🕚 Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
Our cleaners will arrive shortly after, so if guests are still present, we may not be able to properly prepare the home for the next arrival (late checkout fees may apply).
🧼 Load and start the dishwasher with your final set of dishes
🗑️ Bag all kitchen trash and place it in the outside bin
🔒 Make sure all windows and doors are locked
Our “if it rots, let’s not” policy means you’re welcome to leave behind unopened, non-perishable goodies for the next guest.
