Come enjoy this relaxing home! The community is a very peaceful place to stay with all the small town feels. Our surrounding towns include Casa Grande, where you can find just about anything you could need, Coolidge, & a midpoint between Phoenix & Tucson (1 hr each way). There is plenty of parking including RV. Come for work, a place to stay in-between homes, to golf or just to explore all the wonderful things Arizona has to offer. You'll be glad you did.

🕚 Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Our cleaners will arrive shortly after, so if guests are still present, we may not be able to properly prepare the home for the next arrival (late checkout fees may apply).
🧼 Load and start the dishwasher with your final set of dishes 🗑️ Bag all kitchen trash and place it in the outside bin 🔒 Make sure all windows and doors are locked
Our “if it rots, let’s not” policy means you’re welcome to leave behind unopened, non-perishable goodies for the next guest. Think:coffee ☕,condiments 🧂, olive oil 🫒… or maybe a surprise six-pack 🍻

This is the fourth time I have used this property while visiting my elderly parents in Arizona city. Erin is wonderful to work with. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook and this house is always very clean!

Home away from home

Our second time staying with Erin at this property and we still love it. The neighborhood is quiet. The property is well cared for, inside and outdoors. The kitchen and bedrooms are stocked. The temperature was comfortable, an important factor in AZ! Erin is very responsive if anything comes up during your stay and she goes above and beyond in showing hospitality. Would definitely recommend this home!

This was hands down the best stay I have ever had hotels included. The home was beautiful and had everything a vacationing family or even a single person could need. Now on to the mattress! I wish I could’ve taken it home with me!!! Best sleep ever!!! 100/100 I would recommend this host! Book now!!!

Excellent property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The hosts provide everything you need for your home away from home. Coffee, water, wine, snacks, travel size bath products, were some of the amenities that we enjoyed. We even noticed baby diapers and dog dishes on their storage shelves. Erin was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house was extremely clean and uncluttered. The thermostat was kept at a very comfortable temperature for summer in AZ. We really couldn’t complain.

Absolutely Amazing

I don't really know where to start. First Erin and family were simply amazing. They were super helpful with different ideas to visit and great at communicating. The house was in a word perfect. It was very clean and well stocked from bathroom to the kitchen. Great open space for a large family dinner but also cozy enough for the four of us. They thought of everything. The house was not overly cluttered but perfectly decorated. Plenty of towels, bedding, and necessity. Beautiful shower in the master bathroom was a welcomed treat after a long day. Two bedrooms for the kids to make themselves at home in. Smart tvs for entertainment and a wonderful outdoor space to BBQ and enjoy the sunsets and rain. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely choose this property again in the future. Erin and family thank you for making this vacation so easy and relaxing. Nice house in a nice neighborhood

We got to the house and couldn't get in as our dates were messed up but the host did graciously paid for our hotel for that night. Nice house with a fenced yard for our dogs. We did get charged a pet fee after booking which was not mentioned when we booked. House was lovely and well supplied. Roads did flood terribly after 2 days of rain. All in all a good experience

Fantastic home!

This is a new home. Everything is new and fresh. The floor plan is the best. There was plenty of amenities, including coffee, bottled water, toilettries, BBQ and a large Smart tv in the living room. The house was super clean and smelled nice. The bed was very comforable. We appreciate the bottles of wine (2), which was a very nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to Erin and Rob!
