About this property

This 3-bedroom cottage is a relaxing space in the quiet Savannah neighborhood of Live Oak. Still, it serves as a great base from which to explore Savannah and coastal Georgia & South Carolina during your extended stay in the area.

Downtown Savannah is a 10-minute drive from Live Oak Cottage, the Metropolitan neighborhood with several fine dining establishments are a mere 20-minute walk away. The nearest beach at Tybee Island is a 30-minute drive, as is Savannah-Hilton Head Int'l Airport.

The home has three bedrooms: 1 queen and 2 with double beds. There is one bathroom.

The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need during your visit. There is a large, cozy living room with smart TV and seating for eight.

The fenced-in backyard has an outdoor patio. A grill is also available should you wish to cook out. Pets are welcome to stay in the home and roam in the back yard with some restrictions (see below).

We only allow one dog below 35 lbs.

Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids.
