first impressions of this home, I felt unsafe and uneasy walking into the property. The house next door was condemned, lots of street noise, bars on windows of local businesses. Definitely not somewhere I would feel comfortable staying with children. As for the house itself, it wasn’t the cleanest. There was dust on the fireplace mantels, trash stuffed in the couch cushions, dirty spots on the floor and windows. My family and I left after 15 minutes. Property owner disagreed with unsafe neighborhood and unclean accommodations and refused any sort of refund.

Lipstick on a pig

Unkept neighborhood, condemned houses. Kitchen cabinets missing a door and handles missing screws. Master bed frame broken. Bad paint job inside, little clean up. (Paint spills on floor) In the half bath, you could see light from outside between the floor and wall. Not sure how this got any good reviews...

House was fine but the area immediately felt unsafe.

We did not even stay more than to walk through the house. The house next door was vacant and condemned. Lots of noise from the street/neighborhood. We just did not feel safe staying there. Had to make other arrangements for lodging. Tried to ask host for a partial refund or at least the cleaning fee back since he wouldn’t need to reclean after us, but he couldn’t justify that. Check the neighborhood before you book. It was our expensive mistake.

Comfortable Savannah Home

Really enjoyed the stay. The beds were amazing and the location is great. The laundry me machines were appreciated as well as the great kitchen. Old, but nice home.
