Historic time

Location was in the historic district. We stayed over 4th of July. Walking distance to Riverfront where the fireworks were spectacular. House was as advertised. It’s small, but plenty big enough for a couple and a child. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay

Clean and comfy, great location! 5 day stay, walked to everything with exception to Tybee and Wormsloe. Definitely recommend and Savannah was gorgeous!

We picked the Pineapple Cottage hosted by LuckySavannah. The cottage was perfect.The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. It was in close proximity to everything . We parked our car and walked to all of the squares. Highly recommend . Any questions I had about the rental/area were answered promptly by Lucky Savannah.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here. The Pineapple Cottage has everything you need. Bed is comfy. Shower is amazing (very hot and a great shower head). We walked everywhere. Walking distance to a Kroger grocery, Forsyth Park, many of the squares in the historic district, and the river front. Parking is paid on Pineapple Cottage side of the street and unpaid across the street. We almost always got a spot on the unpaid side. If not, we parked a block away. Just watch for street sweeping days.

This house was in a great location to restaurants, dog park and grocery store. Neighborhood was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

This wonderful little cottage is just minutes from downtown, no pay-to-park and such an easy drive to Tybee Island! I can’t recommend enough!

Perfect location for Savannah vacay

This property was the perfect location for us and our pups! Everything was perfect except for the master bed(which was quite uncomfy). Other than that, the house had everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay!

Mom and daughters trip

We loved the location and it was great for our size group. I was traveling with my adult daughters and had planned for them to stay in the guest bedroom but it is really sized for one person. The king size bed was accommodating for two to sleep comfortably. The house was within walking distance to a lot of the places we wanted to see. I would recommend pineapple cottage!

Cozy Little Cottage

This cozy cottage is nicely air-conditioned and walking distance to most everything. We had no issues at all and will gladly rent again!

Lovely rental and location. But 2 problems: lack of flatware...only 3 forks??; only 1-2 coffee mugs??; and several of the electrical outlets do not work...for example, unable to plug in standing lamp in corner of living room...

Quick Weekend Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 (2 boys aged 8 and 10) and 2 pups, stayed here for a quick weekend stop on our way back from Pawley's Island SC. We booked it very late as we weren't sure until a few days in advance what day we would arrive. The booking process was simple and was able to be completed in minutes even with needing a phone call and some added info verification for a last minute booking.The house is easy to find and was very clean. Beds were comfortable, shower has great water pressure. Location is very nice as you can walk pretty well anywhere in downtown. It's about .5 miles to the center of town which isn't a bad walk at all.Great value for cleanliness and location

Good but could be better.

Not Everyone is smart TV knowledgeable. A book within the home, giving instructions on Smart TV usage, instructions on where and how to park, The cost of parking and the ramifications of parking on the wrong side of the road, would've been extremely useful. Prior knowledge of what is required for check out would've been nice to have known about prior to the day before checking out. Very clean and communication was good. It would've been a four star rating. Had there been a book of all instructions within the Home.

BED BUGS! Do not stay at rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was the worst part about my stay. It was really uncomfortable as it was sunk in where each person lays. Woke up with neck hurting and back pain. I also woke up with BED Bug bites and as of today 08/10/23 my bed bug bites still itch and burn. Have a total of 4 bites in my legs

CAUTION - Terrible Mattress

The house itself was well renovated, clean, and conveniently located but because of the mattress in the master bedroom, we would not stay here again. The mattress was in such bad condition that we had to sleep on the trundle bed in the guest room, not easy when you’re retirement age. We contacted the management company several times and while polite, they kept focusing on the mattress topper, offering to remake the bed. There was no topper and frankly it would have been like putting a topper over a bed of bowling balls. It wouldn’t have helped. We gave up, cut our vacation short and left early to go to a hotel where we slept fine.

Fabulous Savannah

Had a sister trip and the Pineapple Cottage did not disappoint us. We are both in our 70’s and found the location to be great. Loved the city. Would rebook and come again.
