The home was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. And not too far from shopping and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Allen was very communicative through out the entire process of checking in to checking out!
We were immediately impressed with the decor and warmth of the property. The cleaning crew was very sweet and had the property ready early. The check-in process went very smoothly.
the place was perfect for us! close to everything, comfortable bedding. A lot of rentals look " thrown together" but this place was somewhere we could have stayed long term, as if the owner formerly lived here and had it perfectly set up.
We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was spacious and clean. The hot tub is amazing, good location next to several restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Host had great communication before and during the stay. The weather was unusually cold, we had a question about the heat controls and the host responded quickly and gave clear directions on how to use the controls. Clean home at a great value and a close couple minute car ride to Historic River Street. Four stars only because the kitchen utensils and pans were a little sparse. Ample dishes and silverware though. We would stay here again.
My friend and I loved this quirky little house. We only stayed one night so didn’t get a chance to try and walk downtown. The neighborhood is adorable. The beds, sheets, and pillows were top notch. The host, Alan, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
The property was the perfect driving distance from all the amenities in downtown Savannah. We appreciate the cleanliness of the property, especially with a child along.
Great location! Free shuttle not far at all. And uber is there in minutes everytime. Loved the house. Comfy beds and pillows! It was perfect for our vacation. Definitely recommend.
Booked the Banana Cottage for my parents for their 60th anniversary. They absolutely loved it. The house was clean, bright and charming. Great communication with owner. Savannah was warm and friendly. Two ! Thank you!

There's No Place Like Home
Charming old home, but definitely needs some work to make it more comfortable and functional. Good size for 3 adults. Spa Jacuzzi outside really should have steps to enter and exit safely from. It was hard to climb in and out of and the jets only worked on one spot. No pool towels were available so we had to use the bath towels.Needless to say, we only got in it once. Wood floors were chipping and breaking in some spots in living room so had to be mindful of sharp pieces of wood and to avoid stepping on weak spots. Bathrooms were not functional. One bathroom has an old clawfoot tub that was difficult stepping in and out of and a bit slippery with no bars to grab onto and no place to put your soap and hair products when showering. Hand towel holders would be nice to have as well. TVs were not user friendly. Living room tv had a poor picture. Had a hard time figuring out how to use the Firestick (no instructions were left). I reached out to ask for help on how to get the internet on tv to work so that I could just use screen share from my phone to tv and stream my own stuff, however, did not get a response, but after two days was able to get the tv to connect to internet. Furniture in living room was not comfortable. Pros: House was a close drive to many places we wanted to visit and I was appreciative of the fact that the home had it's own parking area and that it was pet friendly and clean. Just needs some updates and added touches to make it more comfortable.to
