Check-in was super smooth. Overall communication was excellent. The place is just as described and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the AC unit in the living space kept the place comfortable even with temps at 90 degrees. We didn't spend much time indoors, other than to sleep. It's a small unit, but it seemed to have every amenity needed. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. I think others mentioned that the bathroom is small. It is. But it's clean and has great water pressure. The door lock: I read the reviews. It is a bit of a hassle, but simple once you understand the mechanism. When you "lift" the handle, you're not trying to lift the door. Pulling the handle upwards engages two locks (top and bottom) and allows for the door to be secured with the touch pad. Don't muscle it. Just turn the handle upwards. Yes, I would stay again. Great location. Between downtown and the slopes.
Absolutely adorable little mountain condo with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was an added bonus that kept us warm and cozy. The view from patio was spectacular and our host was amazing with communication. I highly recommend this place.
Very well stocked, clean, and comforyable. Location made access to the mountain fun easy!

The entrance is a bit difficult to maneuver in the winter and the heat is hard to adjust. The lock on the door it’s not straightforward. Otherwise, very well equipped and clean.
This was the perfect weekend stay for us with a toddler. Having the spa/pool walking distance from the condo was perfect and we enjoyed being able to eat dinner at The Roost. Management was quick to help us out when we had questions or concerns. We’ll definitely be back!
Great small, quiet condo in a conveniently close location to skiing. The only negative is that use of the pool/hot tub are an extra cost.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at this condo for the week and we had a wonderful relaxing time. The condo is comfortable (especially the bed) and we enjoyed being on the ground floor with easy access to the lawn. We were steps away from the nice outdoor pools, hot tub and the SPA. We will be back...
This property was perfect! It’s absolutely beautiful inside and out. The location is great and easy to find as well as the instructions for the property were simple and clear. The hosts were very kind and accommodating and the property had everything you would need for a cozy weekend. We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!
Appreciate the communication by text with the management company, which made things very easy. They were diligent about snow removal as we had several snowstorms during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the time and appreciate the company.
Walk out basement condo closest to resort and its pools, hot tub outdoors as well as the spa. Quiet enough to keep slider open and enjoy babbling brook noise. Bed is quite firm but not uncomfortable. 2 smalls frigs, no microwave. Recommend to stay.
PRO:
-very clean unit, really comfortable pillows/bed
-5 min drive to mountain
-stocked kitchen, looked recently renovated
-closest condo to walk to the pool/dinner, main resort. 1-2min walk
-resort robes for the pool/spa provided in condo
-pool/spa great facility, both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, facility supply plenty of towels, showers, change rooms
-restaurant needs reservation but u can sit at bar to eat, have a drink /get kids take out food while the kids (if old enough , ours 10) to hang out down the hallway in this arcade, activity room ( free air hockey, games etc)
-You can order at the restaurant a smores kit to go out to the firepit to make them
CONS
-not sure if it was mentioned that the amazing pool/spa facility is $35 a day for a 1 bedroom unit, this covered our whole family of 4
-it is advertised right, perfect for couples or small family, it is tight with two kids almost 11 but we made it work with the pull out couch.
-there is no real freezer. the kitchen has a mini fridge and also one in the bedroom but it has only the little flap for ice and does not keep ice cream frozen. you can't really fit anything in the freezer
-it is a basement unit, but built into a hill so the window in the bedroom is at ground level looking at the tires of cars, but the living room and entrance is on a ground level. (due to hill) with that being said when you look outside from the couch its the woods which is very pretty with the falling snowing and fireplace. Little kids could step out to make snowmen. So for us we did prefer it.
-note about stowe mt, u can drive to some parking lots to get a free shuttle but seemed like a pain to us. If you park and its the holiday or weekend it's $35 a day although they give coupon codes if you have 4 people in your car and then u park for free.
-keep your receipts of payments, got a ticket even though we paid.
overall we were very pleased with the condo, location to pool, on site facilities, distance to ski. would recommend it.

Disappointed
The space was far from luxury. It definitely felt like a back basement apartment. Not much natural lighting. Back door to get in and out had a very challenging lock which makes it a complete hazard if needing to escape from a fire.
No directions were listed on how to use fireplace, which is the only way to hear front room (living room, galley kitchen). When management got back to us about it, the thermostat wasn’t working properly for the fireplace. Had to almost play around with tv remote batteries to get it to operate, but they were not the right type (AA vs AAA). We got it to work by essentially popping off the cover of thermostat.
Bathroom was quite small and definitely on the older side, but worked just fine, and included all the necessary linens. Although, the products they’ve chosen for toiletries were horrendous—I’d rather use straight water. We ended up purchasing our own soaps, trash bags, and laundry detergent, which we left there for next guests.
The sheet in the bedroom had a big stain on it and pillows smelled a bit dank… like living in a basement. There is not a real fridge in the unit, instead there are two hotel-like fridges, so not super conducive if you’ve decided to do lots of cooking and making iced beverages during your stay.
The backyard was great, with lots of space, but no salt was available to de-ice the back patio/walkway and steps leading to the parking lot. Took over 24 hours to get some to throw down ice melt so that we and our 21 month old were not slipping when trying to go out on the town. Also, this made it unsafe and challenging when trying to load the vehicle with our luggage, cooler, etc.
The amenities at Top Notch are definitely not included, but I feel like that is not very explicit in the listing. You can use the pool, but must pay a daily fee. Renting this unit does not provide you with a fob to enter freely into the resort.
Perhaps for those skiing all day and looking for less to no luxury, this property might be right. However, my family and I will not be staying here again.
This review is not to tarnish a small business, but simply to inform others who might consider the same things we do. Again, this may be completely perfect for some other travelers, just not for us.
The unit is a very cute bottom level. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit was immaculate! Communicating with the property managers was really slick. They even checked with us to see our estimated time of arrival, and we were able to check in early. The location is perfect, amenities great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't ask for more. We will be back!

We had a wonderful weekend staying in a lovely condo perfectly situated at the top-notch Stowe Vermont resort, enjoying both the beautiful property and all the convenience the location offered.
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo in Stowe. The location truly can’t be beat—being right at the resort made everything so convenient. We loved waking up with easy access to all the resort amenities and being perfectly positioned to explore everything Stowe has to offer.
The condo itself was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the thoughtful touches really showed that the host cares about their guests’ experience.
The convenience of being attached to such a top-notch resort elevated our entire stay. Whether we wanted to relax poolside or venture out to explore the area, we had the best of both worlds right there.
We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a Stowe getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend!
We had a lovely time. It was the perfect size oasis for my small family. It was clean, well stocked, and close to the pool at the resort. Plus we were surprised by a quite sweet gift bag with local treats in the area.
My partner and I were so happy with this location.
My partner and I were so happy with this location. The condo is clean, well kept, and lovely for all ages. The pools are gorgeous! And the family pool is heated! We loved that feature :) Communication was wonderful, everything was as expected and there were no issues at all.

We had a great stay.
We had a great stay. Two things re: constructive criticism - 1) instructions for operating the gas fireplace would have been helpful. 2) Everything was very clean and comfortable for the most part, however the interior of the gas fireplace (controls) and the face of the air conditioner really need to be dusted. And, not the fault of Stowe Resort Homes, but there was a man working on surrounding units (no problem, understandable) but one morning he started drilling and hammering well before 8am. We asked him to keep it down and got back to sleep, but we were surprised Topnotch didn’t have a quiet hour policy to prevent this. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to renting with Stowe Resort Homes again in the future! Thank you! Interactions with staff were friendly, professional, and efficient.

Very nice! Upon arriving, the walkway had not been shoveled and I trudged with my suitcase and storage bins(kept at my local office) through it several times. I called your office to ask whether shoveling was included in the property’s home owner fees. They assured me they were and said they would take care of it. Within 5 minutes a property worker was shoveling. Amazing!
