WE WELCOME YOU WELCOME TO OUR LOVELY APARTMENT IN SANTA ANDREASBERG IN THE UPPER RESIN
This is quietly located in an apartment complex in the immediate vicinity of the spa park of Sankt Andreasberg amidst beautiful old beech trees. The apartment house is a terrace building on a slope. Due to the construction of the house you sit on the terrace surrounded by green treetops. Throughout the afternoon and evening you have the opportunity to enjoy the sun on the terrace. The view goes to the opposite mountains and valleys of the Upper Harz. A special experience is the enjoyment of the sunset.

Enjoy your stay in our apartment in the highest mountain town in the Harz, the health resort Sankt Andreasberg. The Nationalparkgemeinde is located on 600 to 900 meters altitude and you can expect a natural paradise in every season. The ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Harz National Park. The city center with all shops is within walking distance. If you do not want to cook, you will find in the area some nice restaurants that are within walking distance.

The apartment covers approximately 39 m² and is completely new equipped. The living room has a size of approx. 20m². To feel well, in addition to a flat screen TV (with satellite connection) of course, free Wi-Fi and landline phone.

There is a fully equipped kitchen available. Among other things, the inventory of the kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker (for Senseo pads and filter bags), a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a Kaffeeisolierkanne u. a.

In the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink and shower, our guests also have a hairdryer, hand washing soap and facial tissues available.

Even the small conveniences such as sewing kit, handkerchiefs, a game collection, blankets for the balcony, etc. is intended.

Of course, we also provide for our "very little guests" a free travel cot and a high chair.

There is nothing to stand in the way of a nice barbecue on the large partially covered terrace, because you have a Weber electric grill available during your stay.

Illuminated parking spaces are located directly at the house. The use is of course free.

A sustainable energy supply is important to us. The apartment is therefore powered by green electricity with environmentally friendly energy sources.

We ask you not to smoke in the entire apartment. The terrace is available for this purpose.
