Renovated horse barn carriage house newly renovated with hand hewn exposed beams, central AC, fireplace, laundry and full kitchen. Just 4 minutes from Legoland and across from the Goshen Historic Race Track.
We have a total of 8 units on our property, we offer whole house, barn, and property buyouts. Contact us for more information.
Every morning look out the windows and watch the horse trotters practicing everyday all year round at the world famous Goshen Historic Track.
Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, local shopping, and the heritage walking trail.
We are available for recommendations or questions about the area for dining and activities. We are available via phone, text and email.

Plenty of on-site parking. Walk to stores, ice cream, restaurants. 4 minute drive to Legoland New York. Coach bus from NYC to Village of Goshen & walking distance to the unit.
Please keep unnecessary noise down to a reasonable level after 10pm, for we are located in a residential neighborhood with adjoining units and guests. No pets, parties, smoking or vaping whatsoever in the building or directly outside. Any violation of the above will result in a fee of $500 for expedited cleaning services & or disrupting any other guests staying with us. You agree to these house rules upon receiving your check-in instructions prior to check-in.

About the host
Hosted by Emily Collado
Purchased in 2017, Dave and Emily have been extensively overhauling and renovating the buildings on the property with the help of their two kids. Emily is an Interior Designer by trade, a longtime GPLHS Library Trustee, and the head of Goshen Sarah Wells Girl Scouts. Dave is a Lieutenant with the New York City Fire Department in the Bronx and has been serving with the FDNY since 2001, a Planning Team Manager for FEMA Urban Search & Rescue Task Force and is a Past Captain of the Goshen Minisink Hook & Ladder Co. 1. In addition to tackling most of the construction work at this property, he has designed and maintained over 300 websites since 1996. They both lived in Goshen since 2007 and are happily raising our two children here. We are invested in the future of our village.
Why they chose this property
We combined our expert construction and design skills into rebuilding and making this historic horse barn into a stylish and comfortable getaway for families and friends. It is located within walking distance to what our great Village area has to offer, it is close to the highway, and just under 5 minutes from Legoland New York.
What makes this property unique
We saw the potential that most others did and had the time and dedication to take on such a huge project. We are tackling the farmhouse next door and are currently in the progress of building.
