Outstanding décor in this open concept home with designer touches and a fully stocked and upgraded gathering kitchen featuring granite counters, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range with vent hood, convection oven, built in microwave, large sink, custom backsplash, large island with 3 barstools, separate pantry and more! There is also a dining table in the breakfast area that leads to the side/back porch!

Enjoy the comfortable and spacious living room hub around the gourmet kitchen with large island and extra seating for family meals, hanging out, entertaining or playing board games! Also enjoy a charming front porch complete with rocking chairs and porch swing to relax and sip your favorite beverage or a side/back porch to enjoy your morning cup of joe or an after-dinner drink!

From the 10’ ceilings with crown molding to the sparkling upgraded hardwood floors flowing throughout (no carpet!), every detail has been thought out. There is a first-floor queen bedroom and a convenient half bath for guests on the main level. Other amenities on the upper level include a luxurious spa bath with dual sinks and large glass shower off the expansive master with king bed, which also has a designated desk/workspace. Two more bedrooms (one additional queen bedroom and a bunk room with two full over full bunks and a standalone twin bed), beautiful large hall bath with soaking tub (and shower combo), and laundry area with new washer/dryer complete the second level.

HD flat screen Smart TVs for you to access your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime accounts are in every bedroom, and there are board games in the home for you to enjoy! The owner provides YouTube TV for watching live TV channels.

The driveway accommodates private parking for 2-3 vehicles or 1-2 vehicles and the LSV. The neighborhood has a quiet, secluded feeling, yet you are steps from the pool area, and can easily bike to the beach, and several eateries!

The house is also steps from the amazing trail system in Point Washington State Forest (access through the back of the neighborhood approximately two houses away) which has tons of trails for hiking and biking! So many guests love how great it has been to have access right out the door for hikes, running, biking, etc!

Guest access

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A.  The Blue Mountain beach access (best beach in the panhandle) is less than 3/4 mile from the home and has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!

Enjoy access to the spectacular community resort-style pool area featuring a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, huge outdoor grilling area, shaded and unshaded seating areas with comfortable chairs and couches, and a 4-story aerial lookout tower with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away!

Complete with breezy palms and beckoning lounge chairs, this relaxing oasis offers everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun! The fun doesn't stop here; after dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast some marshmallows and watch the sunset.

Highland Parks is the newest resort-style neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach. The area is the highest point in South Walton county and is surrounded by great restaurants, local shops, and art galleries.
