Our home features access to the seasonally heated and chilled community pool and a new 6-passenger street legal golf cart for your trips to the beach, shopping and amazing local seafood dinners.

This luxurious new home offers an open floor plan which allows the gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room to flow seamlessly together. Enjoy the special touches throughout this showroom quality home such as the breathtaking kitchen designed with Carrara Grigio quartz countertops, a kitchen island with outlet access, upgraded Kitchen-Aid stainless appliances and steel pendant lighting. A contemporary coastal decor adorns this beautiful home from top to bottom. We source decor from Retail Therapy, a unique locally owned, multi-vendor artisan store on Florida's Emerald Coast featuring local art and design work.

Rest soundly in the second floor master suite featuring a king bed, daybed with trundle and private balcony. The en suite master bathroom has an oversized deep soaking tub, elegant tile shower and double sink vanity with quartz countertops and custom built walk-in closet. Across the landing you will find the queen guest bedroom and shared guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination with tile surrounding and specialty glass shower doors. The bunk bedroom is on the other side of the bathroom and has a classic nautical decor with full over full bunkbed and trundle. The second floor also has a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The main floor en suite king guest bedroom is a perfect place for your family and friends. This spacious room has a large walk in closet and private bathroom with luxury quartz and glass surround shower. All of the bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart tvs.

At "A Wave From It All" the front of the home has a veranda with additional seating and a uniquely beautiful "always on" gas run lantern. On the side of the home under the covered parking area you will find the 6 seat golf cart with custom weatherproof golf cart cover. The gas grill and outdoor seating area is located in the back of the home. There is even an outdoor shower area to rinse off after your amazing day at the beach.

We loved our stay at this 4-bedroom beach house! It had everything we needed for a fun and easy vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and had a great layout for families or a group of friends. The golf cart was a huge perk—it made getting to the beach, shops, and restaurants super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, and the community pool was just a short walk away and never crowded. The house was also stocked with tons of beach gear—chairs, beach mat, toys, etc! It saved us so much hassle and made our beach days effortless.

Great stay!

Lovely neighborhood! House was also very nice and true to listing. Blue Mountain Beach is a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by golf cart. There is an ice cream parlor also very close that serves coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again with our family of 6!

Lovely and comfortable home

It was a lovely home and very comfortable. We appreciated that it was in a gated neighborhood and away from all the hustle and bustle. The heated pool was very nice and with the golf cart we were only a couple minutes from the beach. There are several restaurants down the street and were locally owned and had wonderful food. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

Great location, rode golf cart to beach & town. (still need car to haul Lots of beach items!) Labels in kitchen helpful, write up accurate. Big rooms, tv’s, beds good. Great having nice beach chairs to use. Will be back!

Beautiful and spacious

My best friends from high school and I took a 5 day beach trip and stayed in this house. It was decorated so beautifully, and it was spacious enough where we each had our own bedroom/bathroom with TVs in each room. The golf cart was so useful getting back and forth to the beach and restaurants. We would love to book this house again in the future.

The house was in perfect shape upon our arrival. It accommodated us and kiddos perfectly! We were unfamiliar with the area but the management was very helpful and gave us many recommendations, I was very impressed. Wonderful Experience

We could not have been happier with our stay. The House was immaculate and clean. It has everything we needed. The house is truly more beautiful than the pictures. Absolutely amazing!

We could not have asked for a better place for a family beach vacation. The house is absolutely perfect. We enjoy cooking as a family, and the big open kitchen area to the living room made it really easy to cook and visit while family relaxed and snacked. Making trips to the beach were quick and easy with the golf cart, and there were so many great local shops and restaurants nearby! The grocery was also only about 5-10 minutes away. 10 out of 10! We will definitely plan a return trip to stay in this beautiful house and neighborhood.

What more could we have asked for?

We had the best time during our stay at this property. We enjoyed the space and the cleanliness of the property. What you see online is exactly what we got. We had an issue with the smoke detectors beeping like the battery needed to be changed, but maintenance came to change it and even gave us his cell phone to reach him more quickly. The property was not too far from the beach and the golf cart helped with that tremendously. All in all, it was well worth the money.

Beautiful place- top notch

Beautiful property. Very comfortable. Loved the addition of golf cart. This made it easy to get around ; and fun! Neighborhood pool is nice. The location is nice away some from hustle and bustle. Liked that some beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Nice touch. Appreciated. Everything was provided- probably , perhaps an overlook- but be nice to have one dishwasher pod for last ,( or first dishes.) This does not take away from my 5 stars.! I may have overlooked, but suggestion to bring beach towels on info on check in! Wonderful house, beautifully decorated, great beds- everything top notch! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful Experience at “ Wave from it all”

I have been coming to the Blue Mountain/ Gulf Place area for the past 9 years. I know the area well. I like it more because it is not nearly as crowded as the east side like Seaside, watercolor, seagrove area. I saw this house online and knew the location well. It is only about - half mile walk to beach and the golf cart made it a very easy trip to the beach and local restaurants. The House is new and even more beautiful than the online pictures. It was immaculate inside and one of the cleanest rental houses i have ever visited. The owner put a lot of work decorating this house. It is beautiful. It is in a gated snd very peaceful neighborhood with a very nice community heated pool . The owner provided some quality beach chairs, umbrellas snd even had a Yolo Paddle board. I could not have asked fora nicer house or location. Sometimes you are constantly searching for that perfect vacation house. I found it. I will be back. Thank you Beach Luxury Vacations. HS

Perfect!

This house was perfect! Perfect location, perfect layout, and perfect amenities (golf cart, beach gear). We've stayed in the area before as well as a few other areas along 30a but having a 2.5 yr old this time made us want something with good beach access, golf cart, and great food locations. This house is just a short walk or drive to restaurants, ice cream and the beach. Another big factor in choosing this house was the layout. Many rentals had bunk beds that were in the hallway which is not a safe option for a 2.5 yr old. This house had a room with bunk beds that also had safety in mind like outlet covers and the chord to the tv was in the wall. Communication was also perfect. The app along with email messages made everything a breeze. Definitely will be staying again!

Nice quiet neighborhood near the beach. We loved the house and the amenities. The whole 30A is a planned community with very specific rules and that what we love about it. It keeps the area beautiful and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean. The layout worked great for us and our two kids and then grandparent downstairs. The golf cart was very fancy and worked great! We’ve stayed in multiple listings around the area and this was the first time we didn’t have any issues with anything. We thoroughly appreciated the access to the beach equipment. This was the first time we didn’t have to pack as much. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Making Memories with Family 2025

We so enjoyed our time! It was the first opportunity in about eight years that all of our family members were able to get together and enjoy just relaxing and being with each other. Our stay was absolutely what we were looking for! Games and card playing at the table and quiet times on the balcony were enjoyed by all!

Wonderful Home

The house is lovely. It was great to have a golf cart to get to and from the beach and restaurants. Communication with Beach Luxury Vacations was great and they were very responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was well taken care of. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room. Thanks for a lovely time.
